Hi tatanata,
I just recently used Hurst and was very pleased with their services. They include chest tubes, procedures, positioning after surgery, etc within their lectures. With each system (Respiratory, etc) they include key procedures...I found their review very helpful and they make it very easy to understand.
Hope that helps...good luck!

Hi,
I took my exam last May 1 and I failed with 265 and I have been depressed ever since. I studied full time for many months and did about 10K questions. My disadvantage is that I am an international nurse and besides from lacking some critical thinking there was some content that I was not familiar with. Anyways I am trying to stay positive and start studying again, the thing is that I received my report and I was below passing level in physiological adaptation and I took kaplan sample test and I had really low scores in that area 29%. My question is? where should I study the content needed for physiological adaptation from? I am really bad with tubes and procedures and of course I got a lot of questions on that. I read saunders cover to cover twice but did not see much of it and I didnt see those topics in Hurst Lecture material either.
Do you guys have any suggestions? Do you know if that material is covered by hurst or kaplan? Please help me I need to pass this test. Thank you.
