PHSC Fall 2016 Hopefuls

Hi all!! I'm starting this new thread in hopes of finding some returning or new applicants to PHSCs Fall 2016 RN orogram! This will be my 4th time applying 3rd in a row..... I'm planning on retaking my Teas to try for a better composite score.. will be applying to all available campuses for the RN transition program! :-)

so, we have to now get our pin reset once again because the finger print job was not inclusive with the initial job. Pin can only be used once to establish the acct and start the job. Since the fingerprint was not packaged, with the Background Check job, the pin needs to be reset.

Whoever the Nursing Admin is or who sent your packet.

so now we have to wait until they are open on Monday for them to do that?

Dade City has had an RN Program for YEARS, over 15yrs I know. I am not sure whether they do LPN, or transition, but I know they do have a Generic RN program there.

I was only able to set up the background check. I will try again. This is frustrating.

Drug Testing, Fingerprinting, Background Checks...I recieved my packet. I did the "order" for the backround check, but cannot do the one for the fingerprinting as it says my pin was used already. That's true..I used it for the BG check! I emailed the company.

Also, I have a question. Where do we do all of this? Where do we get our physical, BG Check, Drug testing and fingerprinting. This is as clear as mud, lots of paperwork and quite confusing. HELP!!!

Yup, i tried again on my lunch and it worked. Need to work on it now that im home.

This issue with ordering the fingerprints was addressed on page 19.

I don't even see any fingerprinting option on the website. I'm also waiting for the drug test registration form. Website said I should have received an email with instructions within 24 hours. It's been over 48 hrs. I checked my spam folder and it isn't there either. This is kind of confusing. Has anyone else got theirs?
