Phoenix With Ogp

are there any nurses working or about to move to phoenix with ogrady peyton and if so are there jobs where you work because we really want to move there but ogp say theres not a demand.i am moving with my husband and 2 kids and we feel phoenix is the place for us,but ogp seem to have other ideas

What is this i140 form? I was sent 4 pieces of immigration documents, when does 1st phase begin?

The amount of money we pay them, we shouldnt be dealing with hassle!

I know we are not supposed to take any notice of the processing times but vermont has moved to November 12th at least it means that they are actually working

My papers were filed with OGP in May, and I have still not received my I-140, but I to look at the processing date's. It was explained to me by OGP that although they are processing in November it does not state approved, and when I spoke to them last they explained that approved dates do vary. Not sure how much I believe but knowing the dates are changing gives me a little bit of encouragement that my approval date will arrive soon.

Sorry, but this is what I keep telling you, then may have filed your papers, but I am sure that they forgot to include the Labor Certificate, or something else like that, and not one thing will get done until the govt has that.

And the govt has not changed papers or forms, it is their screw up or that of the attorney that they use. And since they have not gotten things done in a toimely fashion, you should think of another agency, or you may be waiting for some time yet.

And if you were submitted in May, something else is very wrong with your file also. They can make up all of the excuses that they want, but it never takes this long. You should already be in the US, not at the beginning of the process.

I'm going to US with OGP too , I want Phoenix and until now I refused two interviews ..... none was in Phoenix or at least closer . :madface:
