Phillips Beth Israel School of nursing??

dear all, is it hard to get into Phillips Beth Israel School of nursing?? i heard they require to take the pre-nursing exam and do you guys know what subject of matter test on the exam?? is it hard?? since i never take any biology before!!

Yea I just got that acceptance letter today :) I'm so happy I got in there. Def made up for the mishap with Beth Israel today lol

I have until next Thursday to make up my mind with SVCMC :) It's actually closer to my home and I liked the environment when i visited... did you also apply there?

No I didn't.But my best friend is graduating in a few weeks from SVCMC!!

actually, I did pretty good in math and science. English however ,is my second language... therefore I found it pretty challenging and I've got a lower score(53 I think it was:()

Your test scores only show them your weak and strong areas. tootsieny, for you to have gotten that score you must have done well on two of three subjs. Read your nln handbook on pg.3 "which program do you....and you will understand the selection process better.

Stop worrying yourself to death now and try to envision yourself at the interview,play around with a few of the interview questions and how you would answer(remember charact. and personal quali./interest).Make sure you decide from now what you're going to wear.Be positive. That's what i'm doing. There's no reason why we should be stressing out ourselves,:yawn:then when the interview comes we're a wreck.I know the waiting is a killer:banghead:,but there's nothing we can do about it.So in the mean time just do what I said and in no time you'll receive your call/letter for an interview.Hope this helps.

you know people that went for interview and got rejected with a 70 score?

my score is in the 70s:uhoh21:

if that is the case I rather get the rejection with no interview!

i feel the same here. btw,she had another issue as well. they told her that they want to see grades from her current semester to see if she might just have a chance.Weird, isn't it? however,with our grades coming out only in June,she thinks all seats will be taken in by then.
