Hello all prospective nurses!
I am curious to know if there is anyone who has applied to Beth Israel for the upcoming Fall 2014 start date. I delivered my completed application on Friday the 28th and so I guess now all I do is wait and see. From past posts I know people sometimes wait until June to know if they are accepted or not. Hopefully we can get a good thread going here and can compare nln scores and share any information that we hear from the school. I hope to talk to some people that are in the same boat as me soon!
Hi everyone ...first off congrats to all of you...I know that's a BBBIIGGGG relief ..I was on AN browsing and came across this thread..I have my interview tomorrow (yikes) super nervous about it but from what everyone has said about it..it doesn't seem like it is going to be that bad...I just get a little nervous when it comes to talking in groups
..I actually wanted to know if we will be writing our responses to the questions asked or is it like a traditional interview??a little word of encouragement would be nice too :-)

Eshabsha, don't sweat it! You will be answering the questions out loud like a traditional interview. It is super laid back, and you will be relaxed once it starts and you see the format. I, too, was super nervous...like hide in a corner and shake nervous... The questions are general and it is more like a getting to know you type of thing. If you look back at some of my responses on this thread you will see what type of things they ask so you can prepare a little. Just relax and be yourself, that's what they really want to see! You will do well and in the mean time I will send you some good luck vibes. The post interview wait was harder than the interview. Good luck!!!
Thanks BklynEMT those good lucks vibes def did help..I think the interview went well..I left feeling positive..the assistant dean held our interview she was really sweet and I think that helped ease my nervousness a lot..the admission committee will be meeting on June 2(seems like an eternity)so I guess I'll keep busy till then...the anticipation is crazy!!
Thanks BklynEmt!! I am beyond excited, can't wait to start-- just writing this so I can look back a couple of months from now and remember how much I wanted this lol
EshaBesha the hardest part was definitely waiting, we'll be here waiting for the good news!
Bisson, any tips for us new nursing students??

tZunami2,
Yes I have gotten a evaluation. Try calling or emailing them concerning that.
