Phillips Beth Israel Applicants 2014

Hello all prospective nurses!

I am curious to know if there is anyone who has applied to Beth Israel for the upcoming Fall 2014 start date. I delivered my completed application on Friday the 28th and so I guess now all I do is wait and see. From past posts I know people sometimes wait until June to know if they are accepted or not. Hopefully we can get a good thread going here and can compare nln scores and share any information that we hear from the school. I hope to talk to some people that are in the same boat as me soon!

Soooooo i got accepted :)....I'm so happy the wait is over...Ms. *** told me i got accepted to the ATOP program...I just have to take human development and ethics before the semester starts..if not then I'll be doing the traditional program..which is fine..I'm just glad I got accepted and I can relax a little...Have any of you guys started the registration process or get your financial aid package ?

I have completed my FAFSA, but I had done that back in January. I also completed my TAP application. I didn't do anything else registration wise. I am in the process of completing scholarship applications, though.

tZunami2 started a group for us in Facebook, it is called Beth Israel 2014 class. Request to join! And congrats again, I told you there was nothing to sweat!

Hello everyone...I just applied for the traditional program for Fall 2014...hoping I get in! (fingers crossed) How does one get their acceptance?

D'Youvillestu, once your application and test score are reviewed by the school you will be notified by email if you are selected to be interviewed. If you are interviewed your interview and application go in front of the applications committee. If you are accepted you will be notified after they meet.

Thanks BklynEMT...the wait seems so long...I called on Monday to inquire about my application status. They said it was "under review"...how long did you wait between giving in your complete application and the email for interview?

I handed my application in at the end of January and was notified of my interview in mid March. So a little over a month.

Thank you BklynEMT! This Monday will make it four weeks. Do you know if seats are completely filled? The waiting period is filled with anxiety!

I don't know but you can try calling admissions on Monday. They can give you an idea of what's going on.
