Philippines to California requirements to take NCLEX?

I am a USA citizen who graduated from from the Philippines. What are the requirements for the application? Transcript, diploma, PRC????

I ask because I am currently living in the states. I really don't have many contacts to get my paper work done, so if I have to I will go back to the Philippines myself to get it done. The problem I have is I don't know if my PRC was done since I did not need it and did not take the NLE.

Or does anyone know of a thread with a step-to-step guide how to go about this? because I am lost. Thanks

Check the requirements of the state you want to apply. But if you're planning to apply in the state of California you have to comply with the additional units (hours) I think with regards to DR and OR.
