Hello all,
I'm applying for the Fall of 09 PHCC nursing program. I have a 3.923 gpa and still need to take the NET.
Will anyone from the spring let us know what there NET score was and how long you have been waitng to get into the program. When do we submit our applications? I have not been able to get an appointment with a counselor.
thanks in advance,
riverratt
Okay I have more gossip. The "LETTERS" will be mailed out tomorrow! I talked to someone who licked the envelopes. So I guess that means we should be getting them by saturday? The acceptance and denials are being mailed at the same time. Good luck to all of you and hope to see you Aug 3 or 4 for the orientation.

you actually spoke to the person who licked all 400 envelopes? lol... that's funny.. i don't want their job.! :)
I applied to both LPN and RN. I actually submitted three applications: LPN-Brooksville, LPN-West and RN generic. That's $75, plus I took the NET exam twice. So, if I don't get in.. not only will I have practically grown all gray hair from waiting on an acceptance letter.. but I'll also be out $125...! That's a lot of cheeseburgers at McDonalds!!! :)

Thanks Shep, same to you!
I'm feeling like the kids from Dr. Seuss' "The Cat In the Hat" book...looking out the window waiting for something to happen. The mail lady thinks I'm hysterical. Hey, I guess it's good somebody is getting some amusement out of my OCD behavior! The other day I read a post from a student that got accepted! I just about blew a gasket as I screamed out, "Holy crap!" Then I realized it was from an out-of-state student going to a different school. It gave me a good laugh when my heart rate returned to normal.
I'm so flip'n excited. Thanks again, Shep, for the heads-up.
