PHCC Fall 2014 hopefuls!

I want to meet some of you! I'm just getting ready to take my last 3 finals, have been studying for the TEAS for months now, and will be able to apply for next fall's nursing program (YAYAY!) I'd love to hear from some potential future classmates, how you are doing/ did with pre-reqs/ TEAS, and share the excitement upon acceptances!

I think PHSC should get on SPCs level and just send an email out to everyone at the same time. Rejection and acceptance letters... This is making me so sick to my stomach. I'm hoping they are delayed on all transition letters.... Not just all the rejection letters. My rejection letter from last year came a week after everyone's acceptance letter...

I don't want to sound negative , but speaking from past experience acceptance letters go out first and then the rejection letters. I hope i am wrong.

Im waiting until Rosey gets her letter before I get into paranoid freakout mode. Rosey's GPA and TEAs test is pretty high and im sure she will get in. But yes you are right, thats what happened last year. But there were at least five transitional applicants in this thread and not one got anything...

My mail man doesn't get here until 3pm if not later. I work night shift tonight so I dont know how I'll be able to sleep tomorrow.

If I get rejected how about Saturday some of us hold a rejection party and cry together. Ill invite everyone that was rejected. Then we can all study together for next year to beat the paramedics for taking alot of seats.

Also does PHSC allow retaking a class if you transferred from a different school? I would retake A&P 1 to get an A to help boost my GPA... I guess I talk to my advisor about it after I find out the good or bad news.

OMG! So, will probably get our transition letters tomorrow. My mail lady doesn't come until after 4:00. I am going to be sick all day at work!! GOOD LUCK everyone!!!! I hope WE ALL get in!

Yes if you retake a class the higher grade gets it. It doesnt matter if its from another college or not.
