PHCC Fall 2014 hopefuls!

I want to meet some of you! I'm just getting ready to take my last 3 finals, have been studying for the TEAS for months now, and will be able to apply for next fall's nursing program (YAYAY!) I'd love to hear from some potential future classmates, how you are doing/ did with pre-reqs/ TEAS, and share the excitement upon acceptances!

I know a fellow PHSC student her received a rejection letter on Saturday. I feel bad for her but maybe it's an indication that the letters are going out.

Rosey - I checked my letter and it says first week of July as well. I really think its a "we'll get to it when we get to it" sorta thing and they really cant give a date. We are definitely in the home stretch though.

I noticed another thing different on my letter - it said the application deadline was June 2.

I feel nutso picking everything apart. JUST SEND OUT OUR LETTERS ALREADY!

Okay, I just read her letter and it says denied because she took Human Nutrition 2202, instead of Human Nutrition 2201. I do not understand why they would deny someone who took a more advanced class.

Wow, that sucks...can she call and see if anything can be done? :(

I guess that letter of denial falls under not meeting the requirements and maybe that doesnt mean the committee met yet.

Oh so it sounds like it was just the confirmation letters that we all got and she didn't meet the requirements, not acceptance/denial letters. That made me sooooo nervous.

Anyway, hopefully we'll get them this week still. Has anyone called admissions? I tried a little bit ago and no one answered. I'm curious if there's any new info!

Im glad I'm not the only one who stalked previous threads! I've read every spring and summer thread going back to 2009 (although they started using teas v in 2011) and I've calculated all of their ranking scores, too. We're all so crazy lol :)
