I want to meet some of you! I'm just getting ready to take my last 3 finals, have been studying for the TEAS for months now, and will be able to apply for next fall's nursing program (YAYAY!) I'd love to hear from some potential future classmates, how you are doing/ did with pre-reqs/ TEAS, and share the excitement upon acceptances!

i just called and anyone who hasnt recieved their letters yet; they are all being mailed out tomorrow so you should get them by saturday. She said she is still processing them. Thanks for posting yours AFWife!:-)

Oh good, I'm glad you called to double check.

So no one in this group is hoping for West campus? It would be nice to meet you guys if we all get in and maybe form a continuing buddy group after while in the program?? Anyone interested?

Scarlet, I definitely am! My schedule may be a bit whack as compared to others' just because I am going to continue to work while (if) in nursing school, but having a study group once weekly or even just meeting up for coffee every so often to offer support would be really beneficial!

I'm hoping to have a nice weekend (despite the weather) and hope that by next weekend we are receiving letters since last Fall people started getting letters the end of the third week of June. :)))

Does anyone know when exactly the committee is meeting? I'm starting to get antsy.

I've read through previous threads and here's when they all started receiving their letters:

Fall 2010------ June 24

Fall 2011------ June 30

Fall 2012------ June 15

Fall 2013------ June 21

Jupiter, it seems like we are all hearing conflicting dates. Another ADN hopeful I know told me that she was told they weren't going out until the first week of July! Who even knows at this point! Lol I guess they arrive when they arrive! Although I am tempted to call the nursing dept and snoop around a bit.

We should all call and snoop! Maybe if we bother them enough they'll get the letters out faster to get us to stop

If we could only figure out when the committee meets! Then at least we'd know it would be within a week that we'll get the letters.

Someone here had said something about letters being sent this week but I guess that was a lie. I'm so anxious I could faint lol.

Oh I know. My husband is about to commit me--I am driving him bonkers! I've deep cleaned the house, have all of my homework done for the next 2 weeks, and am beginning to reorganize our closet by color for the second time! AHHH!
