I'd like to help you but I'm having a hard time understanding your post. What is bpo? And where are you located so we know how to direct you? Please clarify.....thanks.

Hi there! First of all, where in the Philippines are you exactly located? If you are staying in Metro Manila, there are a lot of hospitals that offer training programs especially if you want to come back to the nursing field. If you only want to attend seminars, check the PNA, Philippine Heart Center's Critical Care Nurses' Association or ANSAP (if I'm not wrong) cause as far as I know, they're conducting seminars or trainings on a monthly basis. Hope this will help you! Happy Nurses' Week and I wish that you would be able to come back to the noblest profession ever!

Hi BPO means Business Process Outsourcing meaning call center jobs. In the Philippines, newly registered or nurses who just graduated commonly find jobs in call centers as associates in various call centers throughout the country due to lack of opportunities in hospitals where most of us wanted to practice nursing.

You can try the training programs in PGH. By the way, I spent 5 years working in call centers as well thinking the whole thing was irrelevant but hey, core to our profession is communication.

I think my seemingly irrelevant call center experience trained me to talk to anyone regardless of the rank, position, state unlike those fresh grads who are too timid to talk. hehe. It was never useless.
