Federal agencies have begun an investigation of a Robinson nursing home that has been the subject of an Allegheny County police inquiry since the death of a patient there last year. Agents from the FBI and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services are questioning current and former employees as well as relatives of residents of the Ronald Reagan Atrium I Nursing and Rehabilitation Center about patient care and financial practices.....
