hi fellow nurses. i would like to ask your opinion, sa mga nkapag training na sa nkti, and/or sa pgh apcn.. saan po mas rich ng experience at worth the money and time? alin po ung mas prefered nyo?

Dragon, if I am understanding correctly, you want to know about working in the Kidney transplant institute or as a nurse through the Phillipines general hospital? I would lean toward the nursing degree, as you can further your education and there are lots of specialties, including surgery. :) hope I was on track. Ivanna
