Anyone out there hoping to be accepted to PSC January 2020 spring term? I spoke with an advisor and was told they will be accepting students, and sending out acceptance letters mid September or early October. I am just going to take a chance that there are others out there like me who are both excited and nervous to start nursing school next term.
Let's use this opportunity to discuss how many points we all have, what chances we think we stand getting accepted this term, what program you are trying to get into (evening or day), and to let others know when you have received your letter so we know to check our pirate mail/mailbox!! I know I have a million questions, so if anyone has any info they can share, it would be greatly appreciated.
Good luck :)

Could you give me tips on studying for the Hesi specifically the Anatomy part. I feel confident in all of the other areas. Btw Congratulations to everyone starting the January program.
I 100% think the *Online HESI A2 Study Group* on Facebook is the only way to go when it comes to studying for A&P. They have these documents uploaded for all to use. My test questions came directly from these documents. Just read them and memorize! People load their scores for all to see and they are making A&P scores in the 90s as proof that the study material found on this group works. Good luck.

Thank you! I will definitely join this group. I have been studying from my old A&P book but it's just so much to take in.

The group on Facebook is very helpful for the Hesi test. If you need the documents for the AP I can give it to you. I hope you will get the great scores for the Hesi test

Thank you, I hope so to. I joined the Facebook group earlier. I looked through the files and am hoping these will help. Yes, if you could send me the documents you have for AP I would love to have them.

The cool thing is the documents are updated. Post a comment asking what A&P file you should use. A million gazillion people are so happy to reply with the correct one. If I remember correctly, when you look at the documents, the A&P file you should use says “use this one” or something similar. I’m telling you, the 1st 7 questions were in order on that document as they were asked on my HESI. I didn’t realize until after my test when I went to try to figure out the few I missed. Anyway, I scored an 80% - I never got the chance to use the study group on FB because I joined at the last minute just to be nosey and see what they were all doing. If I had an extra week to study that document, I guarantee I’d have made a high 90. I’m that confident in those documents!!!
You got this. Use the group to get that HESI A&P competitive. That’s the one subject people tend to struggle with the most. You want in the nursing program, you gotta get that score up! let me know if I can be further help. Good luck.

Thanks. I looked through the files last night and saw where everyone was saying they had 90's and 80's. I will be studying from it from now until the day I take my test. Thank you so much for recommending it. I struggled through A&P, luckily I had Dr. Renfroe who is very a lifesaver and gave a lot of extra credit to boost your grade up. Good luck to you on your journey through nursing school. I'm sure you will have RN behind your name in no time.
