does pearsonvue trick works in california nclex?

hi everyone. i took nclex last june 17. on the following day, i tried the pearsonvue trick. it was never successful. i always got an error page after more or less 10 tries.. this day, i tried it again, i was able to re-register up the credit card information. i was so worried because there has been several posts thats says, if you will get an error page you PASSED but if you are being pushed through the credit card part, you FAILED. in my case, i got both results. DOES this work with california? or to states only who have quick results?:crying2: HELP!!!

I think it works too because I am an LPN and I checked it for my LPN as well. I had the same results. It sucks bad I know, but we will pass:)

Unfortunately for me, the pearson trick does work. I got the CC page after 2 days and got my offficial letter stating I did not pass 10 days after I took my test.

i just took nclex-rn on 9/2/2010. it was harder than the hesi. i am so afraid. i can't eat or sleep. ca doesn't offer quick result. i tried the pearson vue trick, and i got the good pop up, but i know that my transcripts from university of phoenix have not been processed by the brn yet. test shut off at 75. i was shocked as to how hard the exam was and the amount of sata questions i got. i sure appreciate everyone's comments. if you have any thoughts to ease the pain of waiting, or if you know that the trick works regardless of file completion, please let me know. god bless everyone, i wish you all the best of luck.

There has been enough said about this on the internet, that I am waiting for the coders to disable this trick. What you view as a trick, I view as shady and I don't think that the NCLEX writers intend for you to "trick" the computer program into telling you the results. Seriously when I think of this the thought crosses my mind that it should be an automatic fail if you try to hack the program that's testing you.

One of my classmates was actually informed about the "trick" from the guy at PearsonVue who checked her in for her test......so even they know about it...

I took my exam on Aug. 31 in CA and the next day I tried the Pearson trick and got the "good pop up." I was so excited since everyone says it really works. Well now I'm really worried because it's been exactly 1 week and my name is still not showing up on the BRN. I'M REALLY SCARED!!! I've been a nervous wreck this entire week and I've been doing the "PVT trick" everyday and it's still giving me the good pop up so where the heck is my name? Can anyone give me any advice? Thanks

Call the BRN ask them if your file is complete. I had to take a sealed copy of my transcripts to the BRN. I hand delivered them, then within 24 hrs my license was posted.

So I decided to call the BRN today and I was told they did not have my transcripts on file. So I called my school's Dean and told her the story and they are looking into the matter. Well I got a phone call at 4:50 from the BRN evaluator and she said my transcript was overlooked. I think what she meant was that they lost it. I was so upset but because of their mistake she was able to give me my results over the phone......so it's a PASS!!!!! I'm so excited!!! :yeah::yawn::nurse::D
