PearsonVue trick

Hi all, I took NCLEX today after doing 2000 practice Kaplan questions. I walked out and felt terrible as if I failed. There was so much material and I only got 75 questions. I walked out and cried because I was hoping I could prove my competence with more than 75 questions. Most of the questions were based on what I learned not what was on Kaplan Questions. Anyway I came home and did the trick. It gave me the majic pop up saying " you recently scheduled this exam.Please contact your member board for assistance. I'm relieved but still scared because its unofficial. Can anyone relate to this? Please send your experiences.

Ok I feel that all nurses feel this way after the NCLEX. I feel a little better today, i'm still in denial until I see that majic blue card or my name appears on the BRN. Thank you for the reassurance. Hearing that I am not the only one gives me confidence that I probably passed. Just happy to be done studying, what a journey its been. Thank you all again.

I did the same thing! I was convinced I failed...but I got home and saw the "good popup" and found out today that I passed!!

Are you in California? If so when did your name show up?

Same thing happened to me. I took mine last week and passed! i found out the next day. Im not in Cali, but you can check california's state board of nursing website. I looked it up for you here's the link:

Thank you so much. I tried to find my name and it didnt show up. I called the board to find out when it would show up, and they said they are waiting for the final transcripts from my school. Once they receive them then they will release my results, which could take about 4 weeks. Once the call was almost over she basically told me I passed and it would show up once its processed. Another pearsonVue believer now. Im a RN. No more student nurse on my badge. I can sign the RN behind my name and so proud of it.

Hey guys congrats on passing ur Nclex. Does the pop up say" our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time"Please someone help me clarify if this is the good pop up message.Just took my boards today; 12/31/12 and too nervous

Yes thats the one, I took mine last friday did the PVT and got the good pop up, and I waited the 48hr period and paid for the quick result there it is PASS, so I'm waiting for my licence now :)

i'm still waiting to get my ATT but reading all of your posts makes me feel super hopeful!! I did really well in school so I'm trying to worry too much. I hate reading the threads that say "took nclex for 4th time". super discouraging!!! and congrats to all!

Congratulations Nerelen. Happy for you. Today is my first day after taking the boards. Hopefully tomorrow I can find my name on the website since it takes 2-3 days here in California and we don't have the option of having quick results like your own State.
