Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?
Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??
Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?
Steps To See If You Passed The NCLEX On Pearson VUE Website
STEP 2 Select The 'test Taker Services' Tab At The Top.
STEP 3 Click 'register' On The Right Side.
STEP 4 Click The 'credit Card' Link.
STEP 5 Click The 'sign In' Link In The Second Sentence.
STEP 6 Enter Your Username.
STEP 7 Enter Your Password.
STEP 8 Click The Button.
STEP 9 Click 'register' On The Left Side.
STEP 10 Select Your Test Type.
STEP 11 Click The Button.
STEP 12 Select Your Country.
STEP 13 Click The Button.
STEP 14 Answer The Yes/no Questions.
STEP 1 Select Your Country Again.
STEP 15 Select Your State.
STEP 16 Type In Your City.
STEP 17 Click The Button. A List Of Schools Should Appear.
STEP 18 Select Your School.
STEP 19 Select The Month And Year Of Your Graduation.
STEP 20 Select Your Board Of Nursing.

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
Took the nclex-rn today and got the good pop a couple of hours later. The test shut down at 75. I had 10 SATA and tons of infection control q's. Crossing my fingers that the trick works.
Took it this afternoon. 75 questions, 15 SATA. No med calc, but lots of pharm. No hot spots, none of the other "alternate format testing." Lots of prioritizing, education, delegation. It almost seemed too easy, and I was taking that as a bad sign.
Got the good pop up! Even after reading every one of the 950+ pages on here, I have not seen a single person it has not worked for... and I still have my doubts (I think I am mostly doubting myself). I will let you know what happens when I really find out on Saturday.
I have ready at least 3000 threads and have yet to hear about someone receiving the good "pop up" and failing... which website did you read this on?
I also read that in this thread which freaks me out! It was one person who sounded angry said they got the cc page and really passed and the friend got good pop up and really failed, but not to many say against it:uhoh3:
I took the NCLEX-PN this afternoon at 2pm. My computer shut off at 85 questions and then I got the good pop-up just now! Fingers crossed 'til I see my name with my license number next to it on the SBON website.
I took the exam this morning -- 75 questions in about an hour and a half. I was certain that I was failing the whole time so at 75 when it shut off I was devestated. I did the trick and got the good message -- praying that it works. About 15 of my classmates have taken the exam and they have all passed -- with the PVT working for them as well.

I can truly say that the PVT worked for me. I had 265 questions u know I was paranoid. I can home to check and I got the good pop up.
Needless to say I was still paranoid due to the amount of questions I had. I found out today that I passed I checked the ABN website. To everyone who has to take the test GOOD LUCK and to everyone who has passed CONGRATS
wow! this thread is ridiculously long!! however, after reading it for a few hours i came to the conclusion that it helped me pass the time because waiting for the results is brutal. i almost wish it was like the ati where you held your breath as soon as it was over until the results showed on your screen.
i just took the exam this morning. i began with a hard question and each question got progressively worse. i'm pretty sure that my entire exam consisted of sata's (about 15) and pharm. i received two peds questions and again they were regarding pharm and posted as a sata. seriously nclex?!! i wish i could say that i felt confident about any of my responses even though i did my best with critically thinking through them all. yet, when the computer screen shut off at 75 i internally freaked a little. part of me thought "don't i get at least one extra question?!".
either way, i can only hope that i passed. i have tried the pv trick a few times and i get the pop up. however, as a heads up to anyone in maryland. a few of my classmates received their results within 24 hours and for free by going to the md bon website and clicking on the license look up. it was faster than waiting the 48 hours and free. i have tried to check there but i believe it needs at least 24 hours.
Does anyone know how long it takes for the license to show up on PA BON website? My wife found out she passed on Saturday and there is still nothing yet.
Here's my theory on the trick. I tested Tuesday and got the good pop up. But my school still hasn't sent the final transcripts yet so results won't be released until they get them. Everyone that the trick worked for got results in a couple days. I think (I hope I'm wrong) that it says you can't register until the board releases your results or has all the paperwork, in my case they don't. Maybe when they get my trascripts they'll notify pearson and it will switch to let me register again?? Who knows, I only answered 75 questions with alot of SATA and prioritizing which I can't imagine is below passing level questions. But who knows, I'll have to wait at least 2 weeks probably to know. Lucky me, just love California freakin behind the times and no money.
Plus not enough people have posted that they got the cc page and failed, makes it nerve wracking to wait, oh well I already went through the 5 stages of grieving DABDA. LOL!
