Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.
Updated:
Members are discussing their experiences with the NCLEX exam, specifically focusing on the Pearsonvue Trick (PVT) to determine if they passed. Some are sharing their test dates, the "good pop-up" results they received, and the anxiety of waiting for official results. There is also confusion around account blocks, credit card charges, and the implications for exam outcomes.
Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??
Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
I took the NCLEX on Tuesday at 11:45am. It stopped at 75 questions. I was told I have to wait 48 hrs in TX to get quick unofficial results. However, I could not wait until tomorrow so I tried the trick. I got the good pop up that everyone is talking about. I hope that it is true and I actually passed. The wait is torture!
the wait is brutal... i'm just praying that PVT is valid! It seemed like I didn't have a clue.
i had a pop out that wouldn't let me register and to contact the bon,,,i hope too that this trick works,,i just cannot sleep,,i took my nclex-rn last june8,2010 @ 8am...........I tried the pvt this afternoon after 24+ hours..
tomorrow i really hope i get a good news...
i always pray for all of us:)
alright everyone, i'm not going to be 100% sure if i believe this until my results come in at 8am tomorrow morning. i've been reading a lot of posts, and it seems pretty accurate so far. i just did the pvt again and got the "good" message. my status says "delivery successful" since how i took my exam on tuesday. i've been waiting so long, and if i fail i will come back to say it, because i haven't heard anyone say they got the good message and failed. i'm pretty skeptical when it comes to this stuff... so i'm praying that this works. i will keep everyone updated! pray for me tonight please!!!
OK....QUESTION....I took mine yesterday, Tuesday (6/8/10 at 0800am) and when i called pearson they said that it takes 2 business days (48 hours) for me to get my quick results and it will be friday. I said, "WHAT!!! Then that's 72 hours!!!"... my friend took hers monday and got her results first thing this Wed morning! so is there something wrong w/ this picture or what???
So I tested today. I got to 75 questions, it didn't shut off. Then got to 100 questions, still didn't shut off, 150 and still didn't shut off. At that point I just faced the fact that I was probably going to take the entire test. It shut off at I think 258 questions. I counted my SATA questions, I got 20. Is that a good thing?? It took me about 3 hours to take the test. I am a little slow at some of the questions. I got done at around 5 PM my time, at around 730 I did the PVT and got the good pop up!!!! I hope that is a good sign, I hope it didn't pop up because I checked only 2 hours after I tested. What do you guys think?
And a big CONGRATULATIONS to all who passed.
You can try the trick or wait 48 BUSINESS hours total (so on the 3rd day) type in BRN and the state you live in (ex: california BRN). Click on permanent license verification and type in your last and first name. Your name will pop up if you are licensed and you dont have to pay the "quick results" if your in a state that offers it, and if your in a state that doesnt offer it it's a quick way to find out. Theres no reason to wait a month in places like california (where I live) bc they dont offer quick result. Keep in mind that if you take ur exam on a monday results should post on a thurs, if you take your exam on a tues..your name may pop up on friday. If you take you exam on a wed/thurs/or Friday you may have to wait till tues/wed/thurs/fri of the next week bc the BRN has furlough fridays and nothing is updated during the weekend. So for those who think you hafta wait a month, DONT! Look it up on your states Board of registered nursing website.

Unfortunately, this only works for RNs, LVN test takers have to wait at least 7 weeks for the result. Names are not posted on the website until license has been paid, so with that in mind, it takes about 2 months or so for the whole process (from taking the NCLEX-PN to waiting for the result to applying for the license and waiting for the actual license and get the name posted on the website) to take.=(
Hi everyone..i took mine on May 25th in CA for my LVN..so far..good pop up..If anyone here is interested in a review center..i highly recommend..AMERICA HEALTHWAYS EDUCATION. They have the best instructor...u can also do the class for unlimited..I learned so much from them! I will keep everyone here posted once I get my results..

I got the "good" pop up... hopefully this means I passed, but I don't know. I took my test on Tuesday and it ended at 75 questions... and I feel like I failed it.
