Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?
Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??
Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?
Steps To See If You Passed The NCLEX On Pearson VUE Website
STEP 2 Select The 'test Taker Services' Tab At The Top.
STEP 3 Click 'register' On The Right Side.
STEP 4 Click The 'credit Card' Link.
STEP 5 Click The 'sign In' Link In The Second Sentence.
STEP 6 Enter Your Username.
STEP 7 Enter Your Password.
STEP 8 Click The Button.
STEP 9 Click 'register' On The Left Side.
STEP 10 Select Your Test Type.
STEP 11 Click The Button.
STEP 12 Select Your Country.
STEP 13 Click The Button.
STEP 14 Answer The Yes/no Questions.
STEP 1 Select Your Country Again.
STEP 15 Select Your State.
STEP 16 Type In Your City.
STEP 17 Click The Button. A List Of Schools Should Appear.
STEP 18 Select Your School.
STEP 19 Select The Month And Year Of Your Graduation.
STEP 20 Select Your Board Of Nursing.
STEP 21 Click The Button.
Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
you know what i think? Maybe the pearson vue already knew about the trick so what they did, pass or fail, they still have the good pop. what you think guys?
if your in CA like i am, you have to wait....pray, and again wait.....many on this thread are not from CA and we are the unfortunate that don't have the gift of the "quick results'. I am Still waiting since 4/2/10 pn exam date- 6 weeks, 6 days now (at least i think counting is accurate) I can't seem to keep focused when counting.

I would think you could see your name on the board already if you are in CA. 2 of my friends took it last week and week before and took them both 2 business days to see their names on the brn. (they also did the pvt trick and it worked)

RN....yes- I've heard about the BRN - but see, i took
nclex pn- don't know of any "board" to check.... i should have stated that in my post, sorry-
I just took NCLEX-PN here in CA this morning at 11am and I stopped at 88 q's. I had a lot of SATA and pharmacology, 3 Calculations, 1 Exhibit, and the rest MC. I spent more than two hrs taking the test and 30 mins later when i got home, I did the PVT and i got a good pop-out! i hope pvt is true despite of d rumors that it doesn't work here anymore in Ca.
I was so nervous last night and i did not sleep at all even though i went to bed early. So i had a can of redbul before going to d testing center to keep me awake and focused. I kept on praying while answering each questions that i'm not sure of especially with the SATA and pharm. When i finished the test i felt so relief, my nervousness subsided a lil bit, but it went back while i was in the train heading back home after remembering the q's i got. so as soon as i got home i jumped to my computer to try d PVT, i was afraid to click submit button at first so i prayed again before hitting it and there was the good pop out, i was so happy to see it and thanked God for everything.
Btw, i did Saunders, ATI, Kaplan and Hurst Review as my reviewers. So, my advice to everyone who's taking the test is to study hard- practice a lot of questions and believe in the power of prayers! Good Luck! :)
Call them u should be able to answer from them coz it's been 6 weeks now so try to called them tom. So u find out what happen to ur paper
hi...i have not received the results yet...but it hasn't been 6 weeks for me. I took mine on 4/23/2010. It is exactly 4 weeks today...but i am not holding my breath...my classmate took it the 13th and still waiting for her results! I hope that I can get mine at least by early June...I will definately let everyone know, especially if PVT still works...hehe..some people are saying it doesn't...but i am still getting the "good pop up" so i am hopeful :)
PVT works!!! i am now a RN! i took my exam last may 6, waited for 2 weeks. i got my letter today saying i pass my nclex. thank you PVT, you helped me fight my anxiety for this 2 weeks of waiting. most of all, i thank god for this. PVT works!:dancgrp::dancgrp::dancgrp:

to all above posts re pvt and ca/ i said good luck meaning- good luck to all- and i really don't know if it works in ca, i pray it does-
i've been waiting 6 weeks and today makes 7days (or 7 weeks) if again, the mailman brings no letter from Sacramento... I am in the same boat as all those waiting...i took PN, not RN though and i don't know what difference that makes. I know that when i finally found out what the pvt was, how to do it, and got the courage to try...it took me over an hour to complete the process for fear it would let me register again and pay...it did not.....i got the good pop up, and fell right to sleep finally....
the boards are closed today, so again i can do nothing but continue the wait, there is no site for me to check my name for LVN, and Monday won't come fast enough to make the call (once again, I have to work up that courage for what ever response may be on the end of the phone wire)...
so...just keep the faith, believe in yourself, and keep telling yourself "this too shall pass".
I felt as if I had not studied what was on the test, the questions were nothing like practice to me in the moment, and i too went past 265 closer to 300 i think with the 'extra questions' included. i do believe i maxed out and got every question possible.....

I am in ca as well it should only be about 4 weeks wait to get the envelope in the mail. ca board is slow, unfortunately for ca lvn you have to wait to find out if you pass roughly 4 weeks then pay $150 for intial license, then they process it then you can view your name on the board site. It should be the same for lvn and rn in ca to see your name in a week but it is not.
