Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.
Updated:
Members are discussing their experiences with the NCLEX exam, specifically focusing on the Pearsonvue Trick (PVT) to determine if they passed. Some are sharing their test dates, the "good pop-up" results they received, and the anxiety of waiting for official results. There is also confusion around account blocks, credit card charges, and the implications for exam outcomes.
Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??
Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

STEP 9 Click 'register' On The Left Side.
STEP 10 Select Your Test Type.
STEP 11 Click The Button.
STEP 12 Select Your Country.
STEP 13 Click The Button.
STEP 14 Answer The Yes/no Questions.
STEP 1 Select Your Country Again.
STEP 15 Select Your State.
STEP 16 Type In Your City.
STEP 17 Click The Button. A List Of Schools Should Appear.
STEP 18 Select Your School.

STEP 20 Select Your Board Of Nursing.
STEP 21 Click The Button.
Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
Just took my NCLEX on Tuesday. It is now Friday. I tried the Pearsonvue "trick". I am not able to register. It says my name is on hold. I also tried the California boards website for verification. My name does not come up. I am sick with worry!:grn: I completed all 265 questions. I had alot of SATA, complex math, and 2 audio. Hopefully this means I did well. Only time will tell as here in California we have to wait for the results in the mail.

From what I've read, a pop up is good! I took mine the same day in CA. I got the pop up as well, nothing on BRN website. I have been reading that some people are waiting at least a week to see their names there. Pop up is good. 754 pages say that! Here's to you and me passing!
Ok, I took my NCLEX-RN this morning; Friday 3/5/2010 @0800. In Florida. I am so happy that the computer shut off at 75 questions although I do know that this is not a good or bad sign because I know someone personally and have heard of others that had all 265 questions and still passed. I had a lot of room placement, prioritizations (who would I see first), SATA (select all that apply)-I had atleast 10 of those , a couple of audio questions, and one math. SATA really makes me nervous but on that 75th question (I prayed to God that if I've had enough questions to allow me to pass then please, when I press enter, let it cut off & I thank Jesus it cut off). :)
I went back to my hotel and followed the exact directions with the "Pearson Trick" and I received the good pop-up. I have read most of these postings with the PVT and I haven't read one that indicated they got the good pop-up and failed so I am hopeful!!!! I am just anxiously waiting to see my name with my RN# behind it...LOL!
I will post my result so that somone else that is reading this can gain encouragment! I pray God's peace for us ALL!

CA BRN has been taking about a week to post on the website. But from what I have read here the trick works. So here's to us both passing!

Hey I took that test on the same day and time! and same state! i got cut off at 75 and had most of those questions too. I feel like I failed though cuz I felt like I was guessing on almost every item. i did the PVT and got the good pop up too, but I'm still not too sure, I just want to see my name with RN in it. GL2U
Hello everyone! I need your help and encouragement! This CALIFORNIA WAITING IS REALLY DRIVING ME INSANE!!! I took my test on March 3, answered all 265 questions in 5 and a half hours! I felt so worried because I know a lot of the questions were so hard!!!!!! Right after I got home about 2 hours after, I tried the Pearsonvue trick and it won't let me go through the Credit Card page. It says something like "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time." I've been reading this thread and somehow it kept my anxiety low. How soon should your name appear at the BRN/BON website in case you passed? It's already 48 hours since I took the test! I am so worried!
I am back again at this time to bear witness that this trick surely works! I did my NCLEX RN on feb 23 and tried the pvt trick 2 days later. It certainly gave me the good pop up and today I saw my name on the CABON site of course with an RN and a liscence number beside it! Thank you for your posts and encouragement. Congrat's to those who passed and keep trying to those who didn't make it. :yeah::nurse:RN
