Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?

Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.

What Members Are Saying (AI-Generated Summary)

Members are discussing their experiences with the NCLEX exam, specifically focusing on the Pearsonvue Trick (PVT) to determine if they passed. Some are sharing their test dates, the "good pop-up" results they received, and the anxiety of waiting for official results. There is also confusion around account blocks, credit card charges, and the implications for exam outcomes.

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??

Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

STEP 21 Click The Button.

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

I took the NCLEX-PN on December 23, 2009. I was supposed to take my test on September 29 but, kept rescheduling it because, I felt like I wasn't ready. My husband convinced me to finally take it. I did very little review and just went in with whatever I knew. I did quickly review my lab values and the test taking strategies from Kaplan the day of the test. My test stopped at 86. After about an hour after the test I felt like I wanted to throw up. :crying2:

I did the Pearsonvue trick on Christmas day to see whether I got a good present of bad present from Santa. ;) I got this pop-up message:

"Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time."

So does this really mean I passed?

BTW, I'm in California. Also, how long will it take for me to get my results? I tried calling BVNPT and I can't get a hold of anyone. I keep getting an automated message.

Thanks in advance!

I am 99% sure you pass. The trick works. I am happy for you. Congratulations! In CA, it usually takes longer time before you receive your result (2-3 weeks, can be more).

Thanks hopingtobeRNsomeday! :) Yippee! The BVNPT in California is so slow. I'm so irritated by the state system.

I saw that you will be taking your NCLEX soon. I''ll keep you in my prayers that you'll pass. Good luck and stay positive! You will pass! :D

OMG!! I thought I was going to throw up!!! I took the NCLEX this morning at 0800, and it was by far the hardest test I have ever taken. The computer turned off a 75 questions, and I wasn't surprised because I felt like I missed nearly every question I answered. I felt like I was guessing the whole time. The easiest questions to me were the list in order questions and SATA. I honestly feel like I failed. :crying2:

Has the pearson trick worked for anyone recently who has confirmed results??

I had the exact same feeling after I left my NCLEX. The trick worked for me. I took mine on 12/29, and passed. Test stopped @ 75 for me as well.

I guess the deal is if you feel like you got them all wrong and got tons of hard questions, then you are testing far above the minimum passing level, and it all contributes to the feeling of failure. But really, it means you probably passed.

You LIKED SATA? OMG, I hated my SATA. The choices were so random and obscure. God, I hated those. Almost ALL of my questions were SATA as well. It got very tiresome!

Specializes in ICU, IMCU.

Oh, gosh...I hope you're right...according to the trick, I passed. I won't know for sure until Friday morning when the BON posts the results. Until then, I will stare at my computer screen and pray that the result will magically appear before then.

Guys..everyone feels like they fail after taking the NCLEX. I thought I bombed it bad with 75 questions. I only "knew" about 5 questions. Whats really hard is the wait for the results..much harder than the test. Post Traumatic Nclex syndrome my friends and I call it. The Pearson Vue trick seems to work from everyone I talked to. Try and stay really busy these next couple days...you will get that good news before you know it.

Reply: This trick really works. I took my exam on 12/14. and I did the trick the next day, because I was too scared to do the trick, I got the good pop-up. I was still nervous, but the next day I checked my results and it was good news. SO TRICK DOES WORK. Congrats:yeah::yeah::yeah::heartbeat:heartbeat:heartbeat:dancgrp:
