Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?

Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??

Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

I would like to share my story in hopes of helping someone else. I took my NCLEX-RN on 9/14 at 11am. I came immediately home and tried the trick. It said "on hold" and about an hour after that it said those famous words!! So I assumed/hoped/prayed that I had passed. The next morning I woke up and got on the BON and may name was not there. I was devestated. So for the entire next day I threw up, had diarrhea, etc. I was a mess. Then it was time to check my quick results. I checked my message status again and then paid for the instant results. I HAVE PASSED. This was my 3rd time trying and I live in Kansas.

What I did to pass. I did Kaplan, saunders, priority and delegation (linda lacharity), nclex cram (i think it was called). Numerous questions on there disk. I also answered questions on the nclex-rn 3500.

Good luck to everyone taking the boards. Don't give up!! To you that passed, may your brains find a little piece now;)!!

I got this pop up "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time." What does this mean???

It means you passed. I have looked thru this entire site and not 1 person who did it right, fail. Wait for your OFFICIALS but CONGRADS!!!!

That's what I thought. I have been reading through the threads, but I couldn't find anyone who copied and pasted the entire message. I have not read all 400+ threads, but from what I could tell ... everyone who has done this has passed. Have you found anyone who has done the trick right and not had the pop up be accurate?

that trick works...ure a nurse!!!!!!!!:yeah::yeah::yeah::yeah:

The trick definitely works. I thought it would not work for me because I wrote the exam in Vancouver Canada and therefore didn't register for the exam online. But it worked for me. Wrote exam on Monday Sep 14, tried the trick 30mins after exam (selecting US as the country I wanted to write the exam in), got "on hold" message. Tried again after 1hr or so and got the magic message which stopped me from going any further. This morning I paid for the unofficial exam results and got my result - Passed. So the trick DEFINITELY works. It helped me deal with the anxiety I was feeling after the exam because I was convinced I had failed. The computer shut off at 75 questions and I had been getting increasingly strange questions so I thought I had failed for sure. I passed largely due to allnurses.com. Thank you everyone.

I read all 4000 posts . I didnt find anyone who failed after that pop ops,, Congrats to u.

Hey all, this is my first post though I've been following this thread for a while now. I'd just like to share my story. I was very skeptical when it came to this but officially at 3am this morning, I'm a believer. It took me the second try to pass my exam. The first time, I re-registered and was taken to the credit card payment option. I was devastated but still hopeful. I found out the result 3 weeks later in the mail that I did not pass. After weeks of going through the grieving process and more studying, I took my exam for the second time this past Monday 9/14. I re-registered but it wouldn't let me get through this time around. I was skeptical but still hopeful. At 3 in the morning on Thursday 9/17, I'm officially an RN. After everything I've been through, I just feel like I had to share my story. Let me tell you; the popup message really does relieve A LOT of anxiety, especially being in CA without quick result. For those who are still waiting, I've been there; it will come so hang in there. For those who didn't make it, don't lose faith. A friend once told me that failure only happens when you stop before you succeed; if you don't stop, success is bound to come along. Good luck everyone! And congrats to all the new RNs!!!

I took my NCLEX-RN today at 3pm in Manila. The exam stopped after 75 questions (about an hour). At around 5:30pm I logged in to PV and the status reflects 'Delivery Successful'. I then tried to do the trick by re-registering and the message pop out says "The candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time." and NOT the magic pop-up message that says "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. A new registeration can not be made at this time"

Has someone already experienced this same pop-out message that I got (on hold)? If yes, failed or passed? Your advises please... Thanks for the replies!

There are several posts discussing the hold message.

Hi everyone,

I took the exam yesterday. I got a lot of medication questions. It was so bad they were asking medication questions back to back. I know I didnt do well and I don't think I went up to 100 questions when the exam ended. My friend told me about this site. So I tried it and the message popped up. If this is true then im so excited. But I know deep down I didnt pass. Is this really real? = (

Hi. Im so stressed out. I tried the trick. Have used my password, I have seen my OWN name etc. and followed the Registration procedure. Then after choosing which the Board of Nursing I am applying for... It popped out. I cant breathe! I was staring at it again and again. ( "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time."). I am already hyperventilating and thank God for it.

And just to make sure I am not dreaming, I tried it again... this time it says "criteria seach cant be found". I took my CA Nclex here in the Philippines 2 days ago.

I am devastated! So I tried it twice, thrice but what kept popping at this time is still the same... "criteria search cant be found"??? It like I am missing some required field. But I did answer all the question just like the first time I did it when the pop up came.

Whats happening?? was there something that I missed?? was it all just a mistake??? o please help. This really sucks. I dont know whether I pass or failed. And the feeling is worst than waiting for 3 weeks for the result.:crying2:
