Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?
Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??
Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?
Steps To See If You Passed The NCLEX On Pearson VUE Website
STEP 2 Select The 'test Taker Services' Tab At The Top.
STEP 3 Click 'register' On The Right Side.
STEP 4 Click The 'credit Card' Link.
STEP 5 Click The 'sign In' Link In The Second Sentence.
STEP 6 Enter Your Username.
STEP 7 Enter Your Password.
STEP 8 Click The Button.
STEP 9 Click 'register' On The Left Side.
STEP 10 Select Your Test Type.
STEP 11 Click The Button.
STEP 12 Select Your Country.
STEP 13 Click The Button.
STEP 14 Answer The Yes/no Questions.
STEP 1 Select Your Country Again.
STEP 15 Select Your State.
STEP 16 Type In Your City.
STEP 17 Click The Button. A List Of Schools Should Appear.
STEP 18 Select Your School.
STEP 19 Select The Month And Year Of Your Graduation.
STEP 20 Select Your Board Of Nursing.
STEP 21 Click The Button.
Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
I tried it and it worked for me. I went all the way up to picking my school and hit next and it gave me a pop up window asking me to contact my state board. I did this the same day I took my exam and a couple more times on Friday and Saturday because I was skeptical. I'm not 100% sure about this but it makes sense logically because before anyone gets their ATT they're allowed to register but not set an appointment. Anyways... even though I wasn't counting on this 100% it gave me a little more peace and I was able to sleep at night. :redbeathe
But that takes 2 business days.. I think. SO I gave up and coughed up the money because I couldn't take anymore stress from waiting. And there it was... "Pass"
For those of you who feel like you're in the dumps... don't give up. :heartbeat
I took the full brunt of the exam 265 questions in 4 hours. I almost broke down crying in the middle of it. It gave me everything I was weak on. Nothing I was stellar at! Whenever you feel like you're going to break down just stop and breath and keep your head clear. that's the only way I made it to the end still answering with the right frame of mine.
As for SATAs and alternative questions. I had 21 total. I kept tally of it on my dry erase board. I don't recommend that because it causes so much anxiety it you're trying to determine your success on the number of those type of questions. During the exam I kept counting them and measuring the distance between them. It was driving me a little nuts. Some of my friend walked away only getting 3-5 of them and passed.
No wonder. But I don't get it, if CA BON don't have all your paper work, how can you take the test. I thought we need to send all our transcript and fingerprints to them before we get ATT. I don't understand why they tell you that they have to wait for all your paper works, before they post your name. Anyway, I guess that's how their system works.

They get your preliminary paperwork...that allows you to test. We had to turn that in before we even graduated. The BRN has to wait for your final transcripts that has your degree posted before they will release your results. There can be holds on final transcripts or delays from the school of nursing depending on what the problem is.

Ca if they get confirmation from college that you will be graduating (only if in Ca) they will allow you to sit NCLEX before they receive transcripts. They will however not release results until file is complete

I took the nclex yesterday, and I did the pearson trick. It did not allow me to pay. It said that I already have a sched something and have to call the administrator. Should I really rely on this trick or wait till tuesday for my result
i just took my exam yesterday, july 18, 2009 2pm at pasadena...then i do the pearsonvue trick and it wont let me to register again....is this a good sign? last april 3, i do this trick and let me pay again and i found out i am failed.....now i tried again and not going tru the payment......i hope this time i can make it...it stop at 108 questions, 12 SATA, 1 computation, a lot of MEDS, and INFECTION CONTROL....and different diseases....what can u say about this?
