Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.
Updated:
Members are discussing their experiences with the NCLEX exam, specifically focusing on the Pearsonvue Trick (PVT) to determine if they passed. Some are sharing their test dates, the "good pop-up" results they received, and the anxiety of waiting for official results. There is also confusion around account blocks, credit card charges, and the implications for exam outcomes.
Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??
Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick
tomiw73, i prayed that i will not be the first to post "failed" after getting that pop-up. when i found out i poassed, i did say it was true "in my case". like the nclex, i never assumed anything until it's a done deal.
i hope it would be true for you too.
for people that are anxious for information, there's enough info if we just back thread. :typingit will keep you busy and pre-occupied. this was true in my case.
so far, nobody had said it was "false". keep the spirit.
hi all! i came across this website only two days before i took the nclex yesterday...i only wish i had came across it sooner with all of the information that is found throughout these forums! its amazing, some of the tips that i did find in that short of time did help during my test yesterday. then today, as i sat on edge, still in pajamas, and bed head hair at 3 p.m. looking at my computer screen hoping that my results would just magically appear i decided to come here and search nclex results which has led me here....and i can only say wow! who would have thought, and yes, i suppose i could be the first to prove this whole "trick" wrong, (i hope and pray i'm not!!) but i went to the pearson vue website, signed in, under status it says "delivery successful", so i attempted to register for the nclexrn again, and whoo hoo when i went to hit the next button after filling in the school info etc. sure enough there was the pop up telling me to contact my state board, and i couldn't go any further! so i do hope that this is true, i really think that it makes sense, that it wouldn't let anyone register again if they already passed, and vice versa...so i'm still praying but now showered and no more bedhead! will post results as soon as i find out for sure!
nursekittycat: I'm assuming you took the NCLEX-PN in California? I've been calling the board to find out what day they are on the nclex results and Friday they told me June 2nd. Why don't you call the BVNPT tomorrow and find out where your test results are?
i took the nclex rn in Rancho bernardo last may 20th.... still no results... i've been worried and feeling tortured for more than a month now... i wish i pray and i hope i pass the nclex....
The pearsonvue trick is true. I took my NCLEX PN on Tuesday June 2 in NJ and it didn't allow me to re-register, my best friend took the test as well and it allowed her to re-register...needless to say I passed and she didn't. I am elated that I passed but sad that she didn't, so it's a bittersweet day for me. I just want to say to all that didn't pass to keep your heads up, I know its disappointing but if you made it this far and passed nursing school you can pass this test too.
Hello did you and your friend look at the trick the same day? And was it right after the test? I heard from someone that you can't reregister anyway not for another week so I'm thinking maybe there's a window?

I'm not sure where you live, but I am from Indiana and our instructors told us this as well, however, when we register with the state to take the Nclex if there's any problems such as past felonies, or as with me it was a concern about my name change, then they will not send the approval to take the test to pearsonvue, they immediately sent me an email stating what they need to resolve the matter, and as soon as they received this they gave the okay to pearson vue. So as I said before I'm not sure what regulations your state has, but if you took this in may then I would definitely be calling someone if I was you.
Good luck, I'm sure it will all work out in the end!
