Pearsonvue Trick Is this TRUE? Does it work every time?

Some tester have done this I think ... the trick to re-register again to Pearsonvue . If it lets you register and pay again that means you failed and if stop you from paying that means you passed.

What Members Are Saying (AI-Generated Summary)

Members are discussing their experiences with the NCLEX exam, specifically focusing on the Pearsonvue Trick (PVT) to determine if they passed. Some are sharing their test dates, the "good pop-up" results they received, and the anxiety of waiting for official results. There is also confusion around account blocks, credit card charges, and the implications for exam outcomes.

  1. Did you get the Good pop up or bad pop up

Well I haven't gotten my result yet and I tried the trick and it lets me pay and went all the way to almost to confirm my order but I didn't ... Does this mean that I failed the NCLEX-PN??

Can someone help me please? I am scared and I can't sleep now. I have another week or two wait for my result ... I stopped at 85. Does this mean I failed the exam?

STEP 5 Click The 'sign In' Link In The Second Sentence.

STEP 7 Enter Your Password.

STEP 8 Click The Button.

STEP 9 Click 'register' On The Left Side.

STEP 10 Select Your Test Type.

STEP 11 Click The Button.

STEP 1 Select Your Country Again.

STEP 15 Select Your State.

STEP 16 Type In Your City.

STEP 18 Select Your School.

STEP 20 Select Your Board Of Nursing.

STEP 21 Click The Button.

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

Just like many of you, I was searching for any sign of comfort after taking the NCLEX...I tried this "trick" and found out that I had passed...When I tried to re-schedule the exam, it would not allow me to go to the payment. I tried to re-schedule the exam from a few hours after taking it, until 48 hours afterwards. Your ATT number is valid for a specific time, and from what I understand, if you pass the NCLEX the first time, you no longer need the ATT number, therefore, it won't let you re-schedule the test. Of course, this is NOT a definite way to know if you've passed or not, but it sure did relieve a lot of anxiety for me!! Good luck to all of you!!

I also took the exam today and i also got the pop up saying to contact my board of nursing thus not letting continue...hope it's true. Good luck to all...will know on Sat.

I tested on the 10th in Oakland CA and can't get to the cc page either. crossing fingures :) Does anyone know when I'll know the results? CA doesn't participate in quick results. Is there anything I can do before actually getting the letter in the mail (which will not happen for weeks). Going crazy :(

Thanks good luck! I hope we pass!

If you passed your NCLEX, how soon after taking the test did you try the trick? Does it work right after, or do I need to wait x amount of hours? I just took it this morning and it shut off at 75! I feel sick about it!

as long as it says delivery successful and you try the "treat" and get a pop-up...you pass...enjoy your day

from what I've read, you actually get a new ATT when you retake....but doesn't matter for you or me or anyone else who got the pop-up....we passed and never want to take that test again....

This is exactly what mine says...I cut and pasted it...."Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your Member Board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time"

IS THIS WHAT EVERYONE ELSE IS SEEING THAT USED THIS TRICK AND PASSED?

Specializes in Neuro, Med/Surg, OB.

I'm in VA and our state doesn't participate in the quick results either. However, we are allowed to call the state's board of nursing as soon as 24 hours later to find out.

I heard about this "trick" from a close friend. I did not think much about it until I had finished my exam and realized I would go crazy before my 48 hours were up. I tried this trick Wednesday night...I took the NCLEX-RN exam Wed from 1:45 - 2:45...I had 135 questions...10 multiple multiples...5 list in order...and 5 math...tons of disease/drugs that I have never seen or heard of...I got the same message that everyone here seems to get when they pass. This gives me a glimmer of hope but I still cannot 100% say I trust it until I get my results tomorrow! 2 of my friends tried this...they all got the same message that I received...1 found out today that she indeed passed! I will post again when I get my results tomorrow. I live in NC and we only have to wait 48hrs! Thank goodness b/c I really feel for the CA folks.

Sorry...meant 1:45 - 3:45...I am not that fast!

I took NCLEX this morning and got 75 questions. I am in California and our BRN website says it takes 2-4 weeks to be notified via mail of the results. As everyone knows, CA does not participate in the QuickResults so I was very thankful for this little trick. I feel relieved now that I know there's a good chance I passed. Prior to this, the only other trick I knew of was looking for my name on the BRN website. :)
