Here are the exact steps to see if you passed the NCLEX exam on the Pearson Vue web site.
Updated:
Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc.
This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'Records indicates you have recently registered for this test please contact BON. An appointment cannot be scheduled at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.
Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick.
Poll to take once you have received your response:

Good morning.... I took my NCLEX on March19 and tried the PV trick and I got the good pop up but still didn't believe that it work... Well, I'm here to confirm that IT DOES WORK... I passed and saw my license #... It feels so good to see all the hard work, sleepless nights and dedication FINALLY pay off.... I can now say that I've made my dream of becoming a nurse TRUE.... I don't know if anyone still reads this but just in case you do and get the good pop up, BELIEVE that you passed and I was the lucky ones that got 265 question and really thought I failed and cried and was so ready to rebook my TEST... GOD is good and if he puts a dream in your heart, you better believe he will provide you with all the support, finance and strength to make it... GOODLUCK to all and if I can do it my 40's you can do it too... Stay strong, positive and keep pursuing your dreams.....
Congratulations!!!!! And Thanks for the inspiration.........
Ok well I took my test yesterday. It's been 15 months since I graduated, and let me just say that it was the hardest test I have ever taken In my life. I received about 25 sata questions and at least 20 med questions about drugs I didn't know. I got the minimum 75 and I walked outta there wanting more questions because I know I did not prove myself on that test. When I got home I tried the trick, (I made sure that my test was delivered successfully) I got the good pop up! I'm in California and they don't offer quick results but if I did pass I will be able to find my name with a RN number on the boards website in about 2 days so we will see. I will let everyone know if I passed.
I took the test this morning after an entire year of putting it off. I walked out and bawled because I don't feel I knew anything on that test. I tried this pop up PVT and I got the good one but I am trying not to get my hopes up. I have accepted that I failed LOL So there are a lot of threads to go through. Has anyone got the good pop up and it change? Or got the good pop up and fail? I am sure I will keep going through this looking but I was just wondering if anyone knew so I didn't have to go through all of these post :)
Good day everyone! I love reading to this website and I can't deny that it helps me a lot in my NCLEX-RN journey. I took my first NCLEX-RN exam last March 26, 2013 here in Seattle, Washington. I did the Pearson vue trick few hours later after the exam and I got the good pop up. I was so surprise because the exam is too hard for me that I couldn't believe that I will passed. I told to my husband that it will be miracle if I will passed. March 28, 2013 I paid the 8 bucks checked the Pearson vue unofficial results and it says I PASSED!!! Miracle happens if you believed! I got 10 ECG, so many SATA, chart reading, teaching, post-mortem, infection control, 2 calculations, 5 drag-drop, so many meds that I did't encountered before. Computer shut down by 162 items. I'm now waiting for my official result from the board of nursing. I used SAUNDERS, LA CHARITY, and KAPLAN. I concentrate more on contents and theories than answering questions. I only did the Q&A 5 days before my exam. BELIEVE in PVT trick because I never read anyone who posted that they got the good pop up and failed but I do read few that got the cc page but still passed. God speed colleagues!
Everyone in my nursing class put their faith into the PVT.... & no one got the good pop up & failed. One student had the maximum number of questions, got the good pop up & had to wait nearly a week longer than other students testing the same day to get results via our DOH credential search, but passed! DOH for Wa state had some students credentials marked as active as little as 4 hrs after testing! So you can always try & track via your state licensing website!
