Pearsonvue Trick - Does it Work Every Time? Part 3

1. Go to NCLEX Examinations :: Pearson VUE.
2. Select the 'test taker services' tab at the top.
3. Click 'register' on the right side.
4. Click the 'credit card' link.
5. Click the 'sign in' link in the second sentence.
6. Enter your username.
7. Enter your password.
8. Click the button.
9. Click 'register' on the left side.
10. Select your test type.
11. Click the button.
12. Select your country.
13. Click the button.
14. Answer the yes/no questions.
15. Select your country again.
16. Select your state.
17. Type in your city.
18. Click the button. a list of schools should appear.
19. Select your school.
20. Select the month and year of your graduation.
21. Select your board of nursing.
22. Click the button.

Very important: At this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. A new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; it just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc.

This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'Records indicates you have recently registered for this test please contact BON. An appointment cannot be scheduled at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your Pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick.

I PASSED!!!!! Prais JESUS!!!I thought that I was going to have to wait the 45 days because Im in california and apparently the BVNPT is slow. I prayed that they would be quick and I got my results in one week. Its a miracle! So anyways for all you california nurses out there the PVT trick does still work I got the old pop up. The one that says "Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. Another registration cannot be made at this time":yelclap:

Just found out I passed by looking up my name on my state's Board of Nursing website and getting a license number back, so here's another anecdotal piece of evidence about the PVT trick working with the 'old' good popup.

Just found out as well I passed the NCLEX RN exam. I am an Australian nurse and went to Hawaii and sat my exam in Honolulu on 21 st August. Computer cut off at 75 questions. Heaps of SATA questions. My husband did the p.vue trick about 3 hours after the exam and it said 'at this time you can't re register..... My official pass came in this morning!

2bgr8tnurse- yep, found a job on re postpartum floor in Fresno, in fact working tonight. I've tried calling the Brn, but dot seem to be getting anywhere with them :(Congrats to everyone who is gettin their results! Does anyone know what time California updates their website? Is it continuous or once a day? Thanks!

2BJenurse- It took 15 days for me... I believe they only update once a day and I think it happens sometime in the early morning. (some people say around 2 or 3). Hang in there!

I took my RN exam in CA BRN on the 08/13/2012. Got good popup. Called Pearson VUE. They said the results are sent on the same day. Called CA BRN and the gentleman said they are having issues for the week (8/13) and working on it right now. He said we should see the results soon but didn't give any time period. Some one took the exam on 8/9 and saw her name on BRN website on 8/23 so hopefully we should see our names next week 8/28 or 8/29.

I am so nervous I took my nclex Pn yesterday. I tried the Pearson vue trick several times yesterday and today and it is stating "your results are currently on hold you can not register at this time" it said that delivery was successful in the exam box. I don't know wether this is good or bad. I have read that if it says to contact your board of nursing then that means you passed, but what does it mean when it says your results are on hold? Please help. Im a nervous wreck right now.

i have a friend who tried this PVT after taking the NClEX-PN on AUgust 17, 2012 and got to the point where it showed the credit card (cc) payment. he knew that he failed and when the official result came in the mail, he did fail the nclex-pn.

And I myself and another classmate of mine have been trying the PVT everyday till we get the official result. The good old pop up is coming up. Hopefully, we really did passed the nclex-pn. I'll be updating once we find out the result from the mail here in the Ca.

I got the "on hold" popup as well. I was told it was because I finished my test "too quickly". It was "on hold" for about a day and a half, and then I got the "good" popup. Fingers crossed that you will too!
