I took my exam today it shut off at 117 questions. it was such a odd number I was confused a bit defeated b/c so many others shut off at 85 and they passed. At this point I was unsure about failure or success so I just said I would do the pearson vue trick when I get home, (I live an hr away from my test site). Needless,to say I was on pins & needles until I got home. I tried to re-register & it said " Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time."

I hope that is the "good pop up" but its worded different. Still hoping the trick works but I'll be watching for my results like a hawk. Prayers needed!!!

I was getting the good pop sign before this system change and now I don't. I'm confuse and worry :/ I'm in CA so I have to wait a while to know the exact result.

I'm praying to God that I pass. I was getting the sign before, I was checking often. Now everything is different with the new website.

I am freaking out as well had good pop up since my test on Friday at 223 and now the cc page and what's even worse I am doubting myself because I thought a lot is SATA questions was a good sign but other sources say no I shut off at 75 32 SATA I can't get quick results for another few hrs I am dying :/

The PVT was a glitch, so this probably means they fixed it. There another trick that works in most states. I don't think it is something that should be widely used in states where there are quick results because it is unlikely it will work too much prior to the 48 hours, but in states where there are not quick results it is probably a sanity saver.

Call your BON and try to get registered to retake the test. You will speak to a live person, so you cannot tell them you trying out a trick! if they say that you can't register for a retake, it probably means you passed (this is supposed to be pretty much as reliable as the PVT was), they won't tell you that you passed, but if you failed, they will allow you to re-register.

There is a "new trick" I tried to pay on the cc page I put all my infor in credit card number and all hit "summit" and I got the "good pop up" on the top of the page I get quick results in about in hr completely on edge

Dear Lord Ladies (and gents)!!!!!

I took my test on friday at 1 pm. I finished at 4 pm with around 104 questions. I left my phone at home and cried like a baby on the way home. I thought for sure I failed. I said that I was done with this nursing thing and if I fail - I am DONE! I was not going to do this for another 45 days and I was over this torture.

I got home and already had the PV website pulled up and on the other tab I had the "PV trick" on youtube up so I could do this step by step along side of him.

By then it was 430pm and I was crying hysterically. I followed along and got the pop up:

"Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Another registration cannot be made at this time."

So I become overjoyed and relieved and screamed and cried and thought OMG I passed!!!

Today for some reason, I decided to look on allnurses website and stumbled upon this thread. :woot: I became sick to my stomach and felt nauseous. :nailbiting: I told my family "OMG I may have failed the test, the pop up could be unreliable!"

I live in a state that allows to pay for quick results. Because I took the test 48 hours ago, I got my quick result immediately after submitting my payment. It said that I passed. :yes:

If you live in a state that you can get the quick result, of course do it. If you dont, I pray that each one of you that received the good pop up on friday --- did indeed pass!!

Got the good pop up Friday after my test and yesterday during the day. I'm praying I pass! I'm in CA and need to wait for results, no quick results here. :/

I am posting on behalf of my husband who tested at 8am yesterday. He was getting the good pop up and now he isn't after the site maintenance. However, it no longer says delivery successful. It says Results are unavailable instead. Is this the same status you are all getting?

That's the one I have. I am starting to believe that if you got the good pop up once then the trick reigns true for whoever got it before the site update. I tried to go ahead & pay just to see & it wouldn't let me I got the "good pop up" instead when I hit submit to pay
