I wanted to give a quick update to the Pearson Vue Trick (PVT) 2017. While looking for if the "trick" still worked, I didn't see much updated info, and wanted to hopefully alleviate some stress on new grads. I took NCLEX Jan 10th 2017, and got all 265 questions. I started at 8am and finished around 11am. I came home and cried my eyes out thinking I failed, because I assumed getting all the questions was a bad thing. Long story short I tried the PVT by trying to reregister for nclex at about 2pm (I told myself I was going to wait until the next day, but I just couldn't!). I used a current credit card, but put in the incorrect exp date and cvc. I got the "good popup" but wasn't convinced. The good pop up says something about you have already registered for the test blah blah and will not take your money. I tried again later in the evening, maybe around 6ish and got the same result. I was slightly more hopeful, but still not convinced. In Wisconsin we have an OLAS application website I checked also, and next to my nclex results it turned green and said met. At exactly 8am the next day I got the official email from the State of Wisconsin that I had passed, and contained my RN number. I also bought the quick results which said pass.... Soooo long story short the PVT worked for me in 2017!
Hello, I took my NCLEX yesterday 1/28/17 at 2:00pm and it stopped at 79 after about 1 hour and 45 minutes. I was freaking out because I was unsure if I got the last question right. I did the PVT trick twice and got the "good pop up" I live in Texas and will be able to see quick results tomorrow afternoon. I will let you guys know how it goes.
I just realized I never did a follow up I passed and I really believe the trick worked. All of my friends did it and we all got the good pop up and passed.
Took my exam yesterday at 1115, done around 415pm. almost 250 plus questions, wasn't able to check what was my last question number. Had a lot of SATA questions, almost back to back. Did the trick last night, used wrong card name, expiration date and cvc but used same card number when I registered last time. Pop up says " the payment was declined. Reason invalid credit type.change card type and/or reenter credit/debit card number." What does this mean? Did somebody had same experience? I'm so stressed and my anxiety level is so bad! Still hoping and praying for good outcome.
Hello:) I had that exact same experience the 2nd time I took my Nclex LVN in California and I failed :'( but it might be different for you since u took ur RN not 100% sure but good luck to you praying for you

I took the NCLEX RN yesterday at 8:00. I had 102 questions. At first when I tried the trick it gave me the "on hold" message. Now it's giving the "good pop up". Does anyone know how long it takes the KBN to update?
Just wanted to update! Got my letter today and passed! PVT trick was accurate for me. Took my test in California on 1/31 and received results two weeks later on 2/14. Good luck to you all!
I'm in cali too. Can I just ask what does it say in your breeze account while you are waiting for your result? Cause I keep on searching for my name in breeze still no result. And my status is still pending. Did you have that?
0Hi! I took Nclex this February 16, 2017 at 8am here in California. My items stopped at 75 m. After almost 2 hours I'm done. I felt defeated, it was so hard. Then I tried the PVT trick after 12 hrs. Then 24 hrs, 36, 48. And still checking it until now. It's the same good pop up screen. My name is still not on breeze and check my account the view application status is still pending. Anxiety is still so high that sometimes I can't eat or sleep. I just wanna know what my next step would be. If should O study again or start to apply to hospitals. It's so frustrating that they don't have it here in california the quic result. I almost cry everyday. I try to distract myself by watching but still nt working for me.
A lot of people keep on telling me that I passed because of the PVT trick and good pop up even when I giving the correct credit card and debit card info. I also called the brn, yesterday they said they dont have my result then this morning I called again they said they already have my result but they can't dispose it over the phone. I have to wait 2-4 weeks to receive it in the mail. How come it is not in breeze yet? I'm also reading blogs comment of other people. I don't know if I should keep on hoping or accept that I failed to that I would not grief that much anymore. What should I do? Do you think I pass or Fail? Truthfully? Thank you
So my story is for the ones who are nervous and afraid they failed because they ran out of time. I took my test 2/22/2017 and I was a nervous wreck, nclex has always been a giant of mine...I went into the testing center registered and prayed. I was so nervous I had. Panic attacks several times sitting at the computer while doing my test....I almost thought I was going to hyperventilate...my head start hurting and I even felt sick to my stomach, with all that going on i couldn't focus on my exam and I started to lose focus and concentration!😠I kept trying to redirect the situation and say a prayer in my mind... because while sitting at the computer you can't even move your lips at all(because your being monitored) so as I battled with this time went by quickly and it was time to take a break. When I got back in after I went to use restroom and wash my face I thought id calm down and start over, but nope😠I was still a nervous wreck. Long story short I ran out of time at only 142 questions and I was so frustrated because I didn't think I was answering questions correctly die to being so nervous and loosing my concentration. I cried all the way home ...ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ after all the hard studying and long hours. I got home in a state of depression I did eat the entire day I stayed in bed turned my cell phone off and did not want to talk to anyone. So I decided to do the Piersonvue trick I completed my test at 1pm so did the trick at around 4pm, 8pm, midnight (yes I was up all night crying) when you run out of time they view your last 60 items(not questions) and it can not fall below the passing level not even once...so I was a mess! I cried all night...so after doing the Piersonvue trick a few times throughout the night I kept getting the good pop up...that said something like "you have already scheduled this exam at this time another can't be rescheduled"!!! 😉 I smiled it eased my achy heart and mind...and I was able to go to sleep. But back up at 6@m I did the trick again and again at 8am in so on...(drove myself crazy) kept getting good pop up...and I wondered how because I didn't think I had done so well. So I decided to carry on with my day and run errands...while out I check BON AND KEPT DOING PIERSONVUE TRICK...STILL GOOD POP UP AND NO NAME ON BON. Got home at 4pm laid across the bed...and at about 4:30pm I got an email across my phone ....it was from BON...IT SAOD CONGRATULATIONS NURSE YOU HAVE BEEN ISSUED A LPN LICENSE......OMG I JUMP UP DROPPED MY PHONE AND FAIL ON MY KNEES AND PRAISED GOD BECAUSE IT WAS ALL HIM, i immediately went to BON TO CHECK FOR MY NAME IT WAS THERE!!!😃😃😃SO THE PIERSONVUE TRICK WORKS....and yhis message is for the ones that have a similar experience to mine i just want to give you some hope...don't count your self out yet! Amd please no smart remarks or comments it took alot for me to share my experience...everyone learns differently and are going through diff things in their life, but at the end of the day we have to pass nclex in hopes of getting that license number at the end of your name! Im so grateful and humble. My GOD IA AWESOME!!!! HE CAN MOVE MOUNTAINS. GOOD LUCK...
