Pearson Vue trick July 2016

I took my NCLEX RN today and got 75 questions. About 18 SATA, 3 exhibit, and 3 drag and drop (didn't start counting until I was on 12). I tried the pearson vue trick as soon as I got home at about 4ish. I got the good pop up, but I'm still skeptical. I tried again at 9ish and still got the good pop up. I'm in Texas, so I can get my quick results Thursday, but I am wide awake thinking, hoping, and praying.

I used my real credit card information and went all the way to the end, but when I hit submit I got the "good pop up."

Has anyone ever gotten the good pop up and failed?

I am so glad you posted this!! I took mine today and have to wait until Monday. I cut off at 75 and I have gotten the good pop up twice but I am afraid to get too excited until I see my name on the BON site with a license number on Monday morning. I do not feel like I passed but PVT says I did.. I hope it is right! I am supposed to start my RN job on Monday and I already talked to them that my online orientation will start at 10 am IF they verify that I pass at 9 am... Talk about down to the wire.

I took the exam yesterday. I am in a zombie mode. The screen just closed suddenly. I am not aware at what item it closed but I know I took the test only for an hour and a half. At around 70 plus I guess. I was the first one who got out I think.

All I can remember, I got lots of SATA, prioritizations and delgation. As much as I want to recall all what I prepared for , I cant seem to pick the right answers. All of them are right. Sigh! I have graphs and no computations and lots of drug related topics. I wanted to do the PVT or the good pop but I am afraid. I admit I didnt prepare much due to time constrain.

I think I fail. Those where the first thoughts it came to me. I admit. Every item was a challenge and I am not confident about it though I made a rationalization every answers I did. I look up for how many people who had experience in taking nclex at a short item. Is having a 75 item exam worth assuring? I checked on some sites, and said that if you made it that way, either you did very well or did a disaster. I believe I am an average but it made me anxious to know I did a disaster in my NCLEX.

BTW, I did only 3 weeks prep after almost 8years from nursing school..

Hi I just took my NCLEX-PN in Northern California and the computer stopped at 100 questions. I have a lot of Select All That Apply. I couldn't remember my last question though.

1. How soon can I start doing the Pearson Vue trick?

2. What credit card do I use? Shall I change the last digits or shall I change the expiration date? I don't wanna be charged extra.

3. If it takes me to the credit card page, does that mean I failed?

4. Have you guys tried using a valid credit card but with wrong expiration date? Were you guys charged the $200?

5. In California, when did you receive the official results in the mail? Or do I receive it from an email?

Im so scared right now. I appreciate all replies. Thanks!

Hello I took the NCLEX PN yesterday at 8am finished around 11:15 I have been doing the PVT as of 1pm I'm still getting the good pop up I pray it's accurate cuz I'm going crazy I won't know my results until tomorrow

What hat did you study? What type of questions were on there ?

If any of you don't trust the trick, then why would you risk your hard earned $200 to try it? I'm just trying to understand the rationalization.

Realize that more than likely nobody can register again until the results are final. So, you could get the "good" pop up but still have failed as they were not done checking your test.

All tests are uploaded and hand checked in addition to the computer check. All tests. That's why it can take 48 hours as they have to check everyone from all over the country who took NCLEX that day.

Results are not instantaneous.

If you can purchase or have a gift card (visa gift card) with a few dollars, even like 5 dollars, you can still attempt the PVT without risking 200 dollars. Is it that complicated cause I wouldn't want to risk 200 dollars either.

OMG some people on here who tested recently seriously had 60 SATA out of 75? I am in so much trouble if that is the case. I basically have to figure I'll get at least 1/3 of the SATA wrong as I seem to get stupid every time I get those questions. I'm still waiting for my ATT so who knows when I'll get a test date.
