Pearson Vue Trick Feb 2016

Published

I wanted to share this information because just last night I was frantically searching for it myself and couldn't find anything current. The date today is 2/10/16. I took NCLEX yesterday and I know I passed because my name is listed as having an active license from the state. However, the Pearson Vue Trick did not work for me! Even right now, knowing that I passed, it is still letting me register for a new test!

So, if it lets you register please do not rely on this alone! You still may have passed!

I hope this is helpful to someone who is out there thinking they failed because the almighty Pearson Vue Trick didn't work for them!

You got this girl! I literally thought I failed but just found out I passed!! Good luck!

So that means that there is a chance that my "good pop up" is valid even though I used an expired card? Bc I've been reading that some people use prepaid credit cards that have less than $5 and still get either the good/bad pop up sign with it being accurate.

I'm thinking yes. I have read a lot on this topic and the consensus seems to be any sign of the good pop up is good news.

What did the good pop up say?

Says something like you are already registered for this exam

Yes, using an expired credit card works! I just found out I passed my NCLEX :) so PVT works and you don't need to gamble away $200 if you pass/fail. Good luck everyone!

It can work if you pass but not necessarily if it says you failed! I know I keep saying that but that is the whole point of this thread.

It is absolutely a gamble. There are people even on here who have made $200 donations to PV!

Unfortunately you will never convince people who are pro PVT of that.

I have classmates that took their test in January but have not received results, and yes they got the good popup. I took mine on the 2nd, good popup, no results. I had a classmate take hers on 2/1, and by the 2/5 her license had posted. She's the only person from my class to receive a license.

Stay positive and good luck to everyone!

I know the wait is agonizing!

I just found out I passed too. I did the PVT trick too

Has anyone who took the test on 2/10 already had their license post? I am in MI and my friend had hers post before the quick results were even available. just wondering! thanks
