Stupid questions here guys....
I took the exam on monday...got done around 9:30 in the morning. So for quick results, is it 48 from that point? Would that mean today?
AND...does anyone have any idea why the pearson vue page would say that i never took an exam with them -- only that i have my att? Would it be because I registered over the phone?
one last one...does pearson send you an email saying quick results are ready?
Thanks guys...can't tell you how wonderful this site has been since i took the test!! Its really the only thing keeping me hopeful.
HA! Yeah, me and my sis were scheduled to test yesterday (June 12) Well, when we got there she realized she didn't have her ATT! Well, to make a long story short. I took my test, she didn't. When we got back home she called and the guy (foreign) from Pearson just kept telling her she was a no show and she could not take the test! That's all he would say, "u cannot take the test, u did not show!" FINALLY she got him to tell her that she had to call the board for a new ATT. Well, she calls the BON and they tell her she has to start over, re-register, pay the fees, even the $100 for license and they'll send her another ATT. I can understand having to pay for the test, but why $100 for her license again, her ATT is still good, and she did show up, just didnt bring the ATT!! I told her to call and talk to a Supervisor before she sends the money, that doesn't sound right to me!Everytime I have called Pearson I got someone I could not understand or could not understand me!! They all sounded middle eastern. They really need to do something about this, or at least make sure the people answering the phones can understand English or whatever language the caller is using, VERY well! I feel your pain, trust me!
WHAT A NIGHTMARE! I can't wait to tell my mom - we were beginning to think that it was a cloud just above our heads. Your poor SISTER!! ANd when you call they will NOT give you to an english speaking associate...it's soooo frustrating.

NO..do not feel alone unpetitpoulet!! Pearson Vue really has problems! Another thing is, my sis was calling them to check on her ATT a week after I got mine, and they have an option that says "press ? to check the status of your ATT." Well, she did that, and when someone answered they said "we can't help u with that, u have to call the board!!! Ok, then why the **** do u have an option that says "to check the status" if all your gonna tell me is to call the board.....STUPID!! Well, I'm sure there are others that have had trouble with them, I think we should all complain to the board and maybe they will do something eventually! Good luck to you!

Congrats!! I check here several times a day to get some encouragement!! Friday is judgement day for me!

YAAAAAY! Now we just have to hope things get better for your sis! How lucky the two of you are doing the same thing at the same time. I keep trying to convince my mom and my sister (who is a lawyer) to do nursing.

I, too, had difficulty with Pearson. I just took the NCLEX-RN on Aug. 4. I took it in Michigan, and I just moved here 1 week ago. When I presented my Alabama Driver's License with my ATT, the woman at the desk just stared at my ID for a really long time. I started to get worried. Then, she said something, I don't remeber exactly what, but accusingly like it was a fake ID. Then, she pointed out that my license expired on a different month and day than my birthdate. I had noticed that before, but I've been licensed in a few different states, and they are all different. Anyway, she said she would have to make a call to see if this was acceptable. She made the call and not much was said. Then, she informed me that she was going to have to write some testing variance report on me due to the discrepancy in my ID. This totally threw me off for the actual test when she finally informed me that I could take the test. I was so upset that I couldn't concentrate. I received the min. # question, and felt like I failed. It has now been 57 hours since I took the test and the Pearson site says that my test results are not available. I've been so angry that I haven't accomplished much of anything since the test. Now, I hope they don't withhold my results as the pamphlet and candidate book state that they reserve the right to do when there are identification discrepancies. Anyone else with the same issue??
