Pearson Quick Results

Stupid questions here guys....
I took the exam on monday...got done around 9:30 in the morning. So for quick results, is it 48 from that point? Would that mean today?
AND...does anyone have any idea why the pearson vue page would say that i never took an exam with them -- only that i have my att? Would it be because I registered over the phone?
one last one...does pearson send you an email saying quick results are ready?
Thanks guys...can't tell you how wonderful this site has been since i took the test!! Its really the only thing keeping me hopeful.

Literally my test results were up through Pearson exactly 48 hours and 5 minutes after starting my test. You have to log into your Pearson account and it will say when they are ready!

well according to pearson online I never took the test. I'm now 52 hours post exam. I'll call them again.

DO i really want to know if i passed or not? )

I stared at the page that said my results were ready for almost 30-45 minutes before I paid and found out.

Did you register with them online? Your results should be ready, it is all automated, it should become avaliable exactly 48 hours after the exam. Let us know!!

OH MY GOD. get this... I called pearson just now because I had been registered with them -- its just showing up as me never have taken the exam!! So I got one of the out-sourced people who then put me through to one of the US based pearson workers. APPARENTLY one of the out-sourced people told Pearson I wanted to reschedule my exam (I NEVER DID THAT!) and so they DO NOT HAVE me in as ever taken the test. So I can't get my quick results and it'll be at LEAST another 24 hours.

BUT...the point of all of this is... I have had such a hard time with pearson from the beginning and mentioned that to this very kind US based worker. She cautioned me that they have been having a lot of problems with the out sourcing and they're trying to pick through the kinks.

Isn't that CRAZY? The worst 1.5 hours of my life and they don't have it on record! (smiles) Just a word of caution to everyone.

That is CRAZY!!! What are they going to do, try to find your test and then give you the results? What do they mean by outsourcing???

I'm sorry. Thats Bull, with everything automated, I cant believe that they can put you through that!! Are they going to call you when they figure it out??

Well I had to schedule my test on the phone because of testing accommodations. And when you call pearson you usually get their outsourced employees from asia. Apparently there was a breakdown in communication between the US and Bombay.

Everyone is very nice though -- want to stress that. Just a word of caution for people who aren't getting results or having problems.

I'm going to distract myself by washing my car.

Thank you guys! I again want to just tell you how much help this site has been to reduce my NCLEX anxiety!

Try going to your state board of nursing website and see if you were issued a license. I know I took my test on a Monday and I got my results via pearson on a Wednesday and my state board of nursing posted my license on their website on Thursday. So maybe you can find out through your state board of nursing website.

I took NCLEX RN on Monday at 2pm and the state board of nursing listed "passed" next to my name by 8am the next day. You don't have to pay for test results through PV because the state board will post your results if you login through them. I'm sure it depends on the state which way is faster but I found out much quicker through the board, and free.

Two of my classmates passed theirs and their licenses showed up about three business days after the test on the state board web site (Massachusetts). Since I took mine today, I might spend the $7.95 just to know what the results are by the weekend as they may not show up on the state board site until Monday (It's worth 8 bucks to know before the weekend to me).
