Pearson Quick Results

Stupid questions here guys....

I took the exam on monday...got done around 9:30 in the morning. So for quick results, is it 48 from that point? Would that mean today?

AND...does anyone have any idea why the pearson vue page would say that i never took an exam with them -- only that i have my att? Would it be because I registered over the phone?

one last one...does pearson send you an email saying quick results are ready?

Thanks guys...can't tell you how wonderful this site has been since i took the test!! Its really the only thing keeping me hopeful.

I took NCLEX RN on Monday at 2pm and the state board of nursing listed "passed" next to my name by 8am the next day. You don't have to pay for test results through PV because the state board will post your results if you login through them. I'm sure it depends on the state which way is faster but I found out much quicker through the board, and free.

which state was that?

Believe me I tried to save my money and not pay Pearson another penny. Two weeks ago the Texas BON was posting the license at about 24 hours. Last week it dropped to 48 hours. Now I am at 60 hours and nothing on the BON yet. So in this case, Pearson was faster for me!

I got my results from Pearson on Monday after taking my test this past Saturday.... (I passed) The state BON website did not post my results until noon on Tuesday -- Had I had to wait that extra day.... I would have been ready to be sedated!! My husband checked them when I was at work and texted me my results while I was at work doing my orientation as an RN... Pearson had them up about 9:30 on Monday --- I tested Sat at 8am - good luck!!!

Ok...someone tell me if i'm losing my mind. I took the test on monday and finished at 9am. And I have STILL NOT gotten my results. So..I mean...I should have gotten them today, right?

You are not losing your mind. I cannot speak for what is going on. I took my test Monday and finished at about 0930. Pearson posted my results at 0805 this morning.

Wish I had some insight for you. Good luck!

Again, I'm assuming that you applied for licensure in MD; so go ahead and go to the Maryland board of nursing website and put your information in and see if you were issued a license. I know a few people who applied for licensure in MD and their license was posted within 2 days on the MD board of nursing website. If MD isn't the state you applied for licensure then find that state board of nursing website and do a licensee look-up http://209.60.234.65/mdbon_weblookup/

still no results here. Just beside myself really...

unpetitpoulet, I know how you feel. HANG IN THERE!

I had my first panic attack ever the night before I got my results. I couldn't breathe, I was shaking all over....a test question popped in my mind and I could only remember one answer that was totally wrong and was convinced I picked that for for my answer because I could not remember any of the other choices. I kept trying to wrack my brain and the anxiety got even worse. I KNEW I totally bombed the test.

I guess the test saw something I didn't see because I passed. I know this doesn't help you, I just hope you know that it's normal to be so totally stressed out!! PLEASE KEEP US INFORMED. I AM PRAYING FOR YOU!!!
