Hi this is a general thread for this years nursing applications for the schools above in Portland,OR and surrounding areas for the FALL 2019/ WINTER 2020 Cohorts.

I’m an alternate as well. It says mine is not mandatory, however I do remember that they said if we were an alternate that we need to go to orientation.

I got into ccc and I just had mhcc interview today. I think we will hear from pcc next week?

Hi! When did you get your email from CCC? I'm curious when they sent out the emails to the accepted students?

That is so weird! My email also says that there is no need for me to come to the interview. Does that mean my point total is so low I probably won't even make it?

How many points did y'all have for part 1 of the application?

The paper they gave us during interview at clackamas cc mentions that all the student who did the interview part and didn’t get into the program will be put as an alternate, but wouldn’t be invited for orientation. But, if you are in the short list alternative list you need to attend the orientation. I have attached the paper below if anybody wants to read. I got the alternate spot was not invited for orientation either ? my point was 41 before interview. Waiting to hear from pcc, mhcc, and cgcc ?

I got it on Monday afternoon. My points was 46. Good luck to everyone who is waiting for result!

I received my acceptance email from Clackamas CC Monday morning.

Has anyone heard from MHCC? Did they say at our interview that they would start notifying acceptance after May 7th? I looked at previous years and it looks like they started the 9th... Anywho if anyone hears back from MHCC can you update along with what term.

I think that MHCC is quite a bit behind where they were last year. This year their interviews happened a lot later. They gave the impression at the interview that we probably wouldn't know until sometime in June. It seems like all the other schools have made their decisions, so it's a bit weird that MHCC is about a month behind everyone else.
