Look up general nursing school questions and practice what things you want to say. You want to appear confident, but don't repeat what you practiced word for word either. The goal is to come across as genuine.

Has anyone heard back from OHSU 3 year? I just found out that I got wait listed as highly likely.

Yes, I got wait listed as moderately likely. A friend of mine got accepted even though my GPA was higher. I was really hoping on getting straight acceptance, being placed as moderately likely, there's no hope for me.

Dress professionally and conservatively, and know why you why you want to be there. I dug through old threads on MHCC that I found on Allnurses, and those are very helpful.

Quick question. Do you remeber the names of the interviewers? I wanted to send thank you cards but I cant for the life of me remember their names.

I'm sorry to hear that, but you honestly never know, a lot of people get accepted into a community college and prefer to go that route. So you could definitely get in still!

My understanding is that after you get an interview, they only consider your score from the interview and the proctored essay, they actually do not use your GPA to determine your entry once you secure an interview.

For anyone who was interviewed for CCC, do you remember when they said that they will try to send out emails? I know for sure by May 17th, but do I remember correctly that they said they will try by the first week of May (this week!?)

Could be this week, but most likely will be the end of next week. They REALLY didn't want to guarantee a specific release date when I interviewed. Here's hoping we all get in!!

Last year letters came out on the 7th, I’m assuming it’ll be this week that they go out
