I applied to the Lske Worth campus part-time program. I am also playing the waiting game but it is painful waiting for the decision. Did you have allot of points?
Yes...I have 27 points. Hoping thats enough for the belle glade campus. What about u? I wonder how long it takes to receive notification of acceptance/denile into the program?
From what I here it takes about two weeks or so to get an answer, although I did receive an email from them today confirming that everything was ok with my application and confirming my points, so I guess that is a good sign that they are working on it. I applied to the Lake Worth part time program and I have 28.97 points. Hopefully that's enough. I am told the part time Lake Worth program is the most competitive to get into because of the limited number of seats.

Hi everyone, i'm new to the board..Gee did everybody else receive an email? i didn't get one, and my limited access application still looks the same. I applied to the Lake worth full-time program. I only have about 20 points, but decided to apply anyway, just incase a MIRACLE was to happen :-)

hi dcaradon,
I applied to pbsc's full time lake worth program, but i only have around 21 points. I also applied to Broward College, because i have a better chance of getting in there. I'm a little discouraged after reading your post. Do you think many students are failing because they are not studying/preparing enough for there courses OR do you think the program is just extremely difficult? Also, which campus do you attend?

Hi everyone! I applied to pt Lake Worth with 26.92. I found out a couple of days before the app was due that my previous humanities courses do not transfer, so I am a point shorter than expected. Good luck!
The one point loss sucks..but good luck to you to too!!

I also applied for Spring 2011, but to Lake Worth full time. I am so nervous! They recalculated my gpa somehow and I lost .13 points so I am even more nervous than before!! I've got a 28.15, does anyone else want to share what they have applying for the programs? I heard from boards last year that the cutoff was around 28 points.
wow!! i think you will definitely get in, i think the Spring cut off is lower than Fall.. Did you turn your application in really early, because i still am in the "pre-program application " status?? I will only have around 20 points, but i decided to turn my application in anyway. I should have around 28 pts in the Fall.
