PBCC-palm beach comm. college

Hi everyone,

I'm in the process of study for the nurse Procalc and the NLN entrance exam for PBCC fall nursing program.

I read on line that this school works on a point system

I was wondering if anyone who has been accepted to the program

(past/Present) student: HOW MANY POINTS DID YOU HAVE TO

WHEN ACCEPTED TO THE PROGRAM.

Anyone with info about the program, would be helpful.

I went to WorkForceOne (Broward) today and if you live in Broward and want to go to PBCC they don’t pay for school. They only pay certain programs in certain schools. They have several schools that have LPN programs and do have BCC and MDC for RN but not PBCC. Oh Well…

Does anyone know if the prices for the books are in yet?

Are we going to have to buy more books in subsequent semesters or the million dollars that we are spending this term is it? Any ideas?

I believe books will be 700, I think we will have to get books for each semester

If I were you I would call and find out whats going on with that, it seems as though there are still seats available.

It does seem that way huh? I have been looking and it does look like there are several seats. I am scared to call because I don't want them to be aggravated at me.

Sorry to hear that that workforce didnt come thru for you, atleast you tried. i think your fellow classmates said they are have a scholorship ifo session on december 3rd.

Call, dont worry about them being aggravated with you, you have a right to know, afterall you did pay 20 bucks for the application fee....

2benurse.. if you are thinking about applying at pbcc there are no more seats left for that class
