PBCC-palm beach comm. college

Hi everyone,

I'm in the process of study for the nurse Procalc and the NLN entrance exam for PBCC fall nursing program.

I read on line that this school works on a point system

I was wondering if anyone who has been accepted to the program

(past/Present) student: HOW MANY POINTS DID YOU HAVE TO

WHEN ACCEPTED TO THE PROGRAM.

Anyone with info about the program, would be helpful.

ohh yes, i have heard the Broward does things a little different . Will you be attending the Belle Glade Campus? if so a few students on here say the lady at that office (BG) is very helpful and makes the process very smoothly.

Wow, thats gonna be a long drive. I live in Coral Springs, and decided that Belle Glade and Lake Worth were just too far for me, so I'm just going to stick to applying to BCC. Why PBCC, if you don't mind my asking?

I will go to Belle Glade. But we have to go to the workforce on the county that we reside.

well Diver, do what you have to do to make it happen! but whatever you do dont give up, because in this hard economy every bit helps. and for this holiday season instead of asking for norm jewelry or shoes request schools supplies for your christmas gift like rolling bag pack, watch, amazon gift cards. i even told my friend to get me subways gift cards lol cuz i know i wont have the time to eat right being in school plus studying all the time.

Hi everyone!!

I used to post on this site a lot but since I wasn't accepted for Spring '09 I've been a bit bummed out. I still read you guys' posts and am very excited for all of you! This must be a very exciting time for you all!

I still am hoping I get the phone call. I was SO close...less than 1 point!! I applied to Lake Worth. Everytime my phone rings with an unknown number I get excited. I am really hoping I can still get in.

I can't believe it's already Thanksgiving!! After this semester is over I will be more excited about Christmas. Until then, I'm not thinking too much about it. You must be so excited to start the program. You've got a lot on your plate this season huh? It will be so worth it!! :roll

Well I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving! I have been busy entertaining company. I had 15 people over for turkey dinner and some company still here. Does any body know if they filled any more seats at LW campus.
