Hi everyone,

I'm in the process of study for the nurse Procalc and the NLN entrance exam for PBCC fall nursing program.

I read on line that this school works on a point system

I was wondering if anyone who has been accepted to the program

(past/Present) student: HOW MANY POINTS DID YOU HAVE TO

WHEN ACCEPTED TO THE PROGRAM.

Anyone with info about the program, would be helpful.

Okay! New here~I have applied for spring 2010 Day program. Still no word~the end of the month is Friday. I have 28.5 points, and I am totally freaking out about whether it's a yes or a no!!!! Anyone heard anything:confused:

Okay, first time here. I applied to the part time 2011 spring nursing program. Just got my response back. Unfortunately, :( I did not get in. They said we need a 28.82 to get in. So good luck to everyone. I will work on getting more point for next time. I had a 28.6. Oh, well! Little bummed out but just incentive to work harder.

I didn't get into the PT program either. I guess I will look into other options and in the meantime work on getting my points up. Congratulations to those of you who got in!!

Hang in there! You still may get a call. Many times people cannot accept their spot for one reason or another. Since you are so close to the top of the list you still have a good chance. Keep your fingers crossed!

Has anyone gotten a denial for Belle Glade? Does anyone know what the cut off was? I have a friend that applied there and so far we know (from other posts) what the cut off for Full Time Lake Worth and Part Time Lake Worth are...but not Belle Glade and she is dying to know.

Oh, and for those of us that have not heard either way for sure...today is Professional Development Day for staff at PBSC, so from what I understand, no one is there to let us know either way today...so nothing until at least tomorrow.

What was the cut off points for LW Full time program? I didnt catch that. Has anyone heard anything back for this program yet? Im so anxious, I just want to know alreaddyyyyy!!! ahhh!

A friend of mine that did not get in said it was 27.5, but that is just what I was told so I don't know for sure. I do know that denials went out yesterday and if you did not hear anything then there is a good chance that you are in. GOOD LUCK!!

Thanks! you too! I have a 27.97. cutting it kinda close!..I didnt hear anything yesterday..DO you know it they email you? or mail out letterS? I hope email! lol If not, theres a chace that denial letter could be coming. this is so stressful!!!!!

They do not send out letters anymore as far as I know. They send out emails to your PBSC student account. If you have not received a denial email, then chances are that you are in. GOOD LUCK!!
