There are frequent raises from what I've been told. I've only been with the company for a month. The benefits and the atmosphere are top-notch. I've never been so pleased with a job before!

hi just wondering how DDNCS is going? I'm interested in working for them, Have you had a pay increase and what are the medical benefits like? How's the work load? Thanks in advance
$31/hr in ca, no benefits crap vacation, tons of work little reward from management (although huge rewards from grateful patients). I've been working at an icf-ddn for 3 years, 2 as a RN and just quit to move to corrections.

In late 2012 I received a job offer as a case coordinator for a company in Texas that operated multiple IDD/MHMR group homes. The pay would have been $35/hourly if the job offer had not been rescinded a few days prior to my agreed-upon start date.
