I am a recent graduate. I graduated in Dec 2014 and I have taken the NCLEX PN three times and I haven't passed it yet. I'm just at a lost for words. I don't know what to study or how to began going about studying, so if there is anyone out there who can help me or give me some information I would greatly appreciate it.

The CPR (Candidate Performance Report) is a good place to start in an effort to form an effective study plan. It would outline where you were above and below the passing standard in the topic areas for testing.
If you have studied on your own before now, maybe a classroom setting would be a good idea. Likewise, self-study that fails is probably best countered with a tutor who could better figure out where you are falling short.
How have you prepared in the past?

Dear Renee,
I too was in the same boat as you! I took the NCLEX 3 times and finally passed it on the fourth attempt. I had studied for over a year with all different programs but the thing I found best which I feel made me pass was that on the 4th time I solely concentrated on questions. There are loads of free questions that you can do and some that you can pay for but whatever you do concentrate solely on this and I guarantee you will pass.
Another piece of advice is if you fail make sure you take the test immediately again as soon as you are allowed to. This is because it will be still fresh in your head and you will be able to retain the information that you have learned better.
And don't give up! When you take the test make sure you take the breaks you are given, eat a small amt of protein such as fruit and nut mix with plenty of fluids. This will keep you focused and able to concentrate better on the questions because it can be quite fatiguing mentally especially if you have to go the whole hog and answer all of the questions!
Let it me know how you do and if this works for you! Good luck!! All the best! You can do this!
Kind regards,
Susanne

I agree - focus on practice questions! Reviewing and learning from the mistakes you make is a super effective way to study and improve your areas of weakness without having to review content you already comfortable with!
