Well im planning on purchasing the 3 week one due to financial matters since im unemployed. I wanted the 8 week one which i am also following the 30 day calendar saunders provided for me. I havent scheduled a date yet also cause of course money matters as well. But im planning in august. Saunders 5th ed pn is great but intense as far as reading right? Been praying to the almighty one to give me strength wisdom and courage to get by. Been really tough!
I graduated nursing school on April 20, 2012. I took my test June 25, 2012 and I found out today I passed. I'm so happy. I gave myself enough time to study, despite what others said ( go ahead & take it or you'll lose information. ) the night before my test I couldn't find my I.D. , I began to panic. So don't be like me & wait until the last minute to get your ATT & I.D. Together. I had 85 questions. Like 10 SATA , 5 dosage calculations , which patient to go see first & infection control. I used HURST , exam cram , nclex pn green book , and lacharity. I honestly think hurst didn't help me much but exam cram did. The green book is good also but it's way too much information and lacharity is awesome even though I didn't finish it before my test. Most importantly trust God. Hope this helped someone :-)
Which exam cram did u use? The practice questions or the other one? Thank u.
