Graduated Nursing school 8 years ago, taken NCLEX for the 8th time last May 8, 2017, PASS! i finished all 265 questions in 5hours and 45min. Walked out the testing center feeling defeated, again, for the 8th time. We went straight home and i can't even eat, crying because i know i failed again. My mom said don't think about anything right now, just relax. The next day i went to work, talking to GoD while driving, i was telling him i can't take another depression if i fail again, my mind is tired so as my heart and my body, i really prayed hard that he will give it to me this time. never tried the pvt trick before, but because of too much anxiety, i tried it, got the "good pop-up" but still i wasn't convince, spend my 1hour break searching if the pvt works haha.. the next day, 4hours before quick results appear, i did the pvt again, "good pop-up" still not convince coz there's a few that says it doesn't work. Finally, 4:30pm, purchased the quick results, and tadddaaaa!! PASS! I cried and called my mom and my husband, i thank GOD, i almost gave up of my dream to becoming a Registered Nurse because of my failures in ny past exam. So to those of you that feels on giving up, don't give up, if this is your dream and you know this is your calling go for it! You may not get it on your first, second, third or how many tries, still don't give up, focus on your material, read and read, answer questions everyday even for just 2hours. If i did it, you can do it too! Good luck future RN's!!!
I took mine for the 7th time sat May 13, 2017 I tried PVT it had me pay so it's not looking good! Please if you can help I'm not sure what to do..... give up pray harder.... cryer harder.... still don't have my official results it's now Sunday 5/14 did I try to soon???? I've cried none stop my babies can't keep living with me in a book 24/7

Hi EmBeeC, i just sent you an email, it includes a snapshots of the books i used. I highly recommend that if you lack content, read saunders by chapter, then answer the practice questions on lippincott after each chapter. Don't jump to another chapter unless you finish andget scores higher than 80%, that way it will help you understand and retain the questions and rationales.

Congratulations on passing! By any chance can I request an email with the material you used? This will be my 4th time taking the exam and I graduated in 2013. I have used Hurst, Kaplan, and UWorld. Any advice or recommendations you can give will definitely help. I have 5 young children and I know this is my calling. I want this more anything for my family!
