Yes, I had this situation before and it was because I went over my break time

I just took my NCLEX today and I graduated 2014. I had 27 SATA questions. Since I’ve been taking the exam since 2014, I never had so many 27 SATA questions. 27 SATA questions, teaching, labs, 2 medication, 1 delegation, no calculation, no drop, many prioritization, one contact precautions , the questions were asked backward and indirectly, can be very tricky if you do not know the contents.
