Just got the rest of my books except the CPS clickers access code and white nursing shoes. Lab kit and the Dosage & Calculation books aren't in yet either. They said the lab Kit should be in on the 19th and they just ordered more shoes in so maybe they'll be here next week.

Yeah, a new thread!

Still fighting with Pinellas WIA, just for information/status...and have had enough, so I'm going to just start over with Pasco. Waiting to hear back from Sheila.

Would love to get together Saturday, but my family has other plans - it's my birthday. Have one for me!!

Yaz I just emailed the book and supply costs to my caseworker. Approximately how long did it take them to load the monies on your PHCC account?

MJ thanks for the assist on the book and supply list my children will thank you for not having to be drug kicking and have mommy scream at them to behave. Plus I can spend time finding out how their first day back was.

A day or two? Not exactly sure but keep checking your WISE account to see when the funds show up.

For anyone who has put all of their lab and supplies onto their Pell, how much did everything cost? I am contemplating heading up to the school today.......also, do I need to fret over bringing my supply list or does the bookstore already know exactly what we need? Will they be able to point me in the direction?

Wish I could go out Saturday, but alas, I have to work. Maybe I can come out for a bit and just go to work straight from there :)

Pell has been down all day. :( I've been to the bookstore a few times and not sure if it's up yet, but I would call before making the trip because some students were kinda annoyed they drove all the way here for nothing. There is a nursing section 1021C for all our books so you don't have to bring the list but it might be a helpful reference just in case to check things off. I would say everything costs about a little under $1000. Maybe a tad more if you are getting taxed. The two uniforms and supplies were only $190. Lab kit ($99) isn't in yet or the Dosage & Calculations book ($59.99) either.

Thanks so much for giving me a heads up....I had a feeling something would probably go wrong, lol. Ok....I was worried I would be going over what my Pell is for everything, but it seems I will have some money dispersed at the end of September :) That always makes me happy lol.
