In past threads the timeline given to expect a response was 10 weeks. Not true this time around - I heard back 8 days after I applied.

I calculated my score as 83. I'm not sure what the cut off is or if it's decided 100% on scores. What did you apply with?

I applied with 75 points and just received an email yesterday saying I was an alternate..hopefully a spot opens up ?

I got alternate as well! My third time applying, so I guess 3rd times a charm ?? (1st time I got alternate as well, and 2nd time rejected)

Hope we both will get in!! When did you get the email ? I got my alternate status on 3/14. I was surprised that they processed applications so early since previous years took over 10 weeks!

I dropped off my application late Jan/early Feb and got my acceptance email on March 6. I was expecting 10 weeks like they told me. Receiving the acceptance that soon was a nice surprise. Waiting for the other email that is suppose to be sent out the 29th.

Yeah I got my acceptance on March 6th as well! And haven’t received any email today.
