Pasadena City College LVN program 2018

Published

Hi all! I wanted to start this thread to see who has applied or will apply to the LVN program at PCC for fall of 2018. I already submitted my application and if anyone has tried in the past or is already in the program please feel free to offer advice! Thank you! GOOD LUCK!

Finally, I've been trying to get a hold of them and I never get through.

It's sooo tough getting thru to speak to someone, I thought I was the only one having that issue. But hit "0" to get the campus operator and have them transfer you to the Health Department and you should be able to reach someone

Yeah, I have done that but it just ends up ringing forever. I've had to drive up there just to ask a question. It's so frustrating.

But at least you got through and they gave you an answer when we should be hearing from them. Am so anxious.

Hoping we all get an answer soon! Hopefully this week !!! Has anyone heard anything else?

Has anyone heard anything?

I haven't heard anything else from them, this school's communication system sucks big time and it's beyond frustrating. I tried calling yesterday with absolutely no luck, I ended up speaking with a rep in the counseling office that couldn't help me but took down my name and number and she said she'll have a counselor get back to me. I'm trying to avoid making the 35-40min drive up there to ask ONE question but it seems like I may have to. Ughh

I've heard that if you call them in private (*67) it goes straight through? Haven't tried it though.

Hoping we get notified at least by the first week of June

OMG!!! this wait is so annoying. I am really hoping we find out soon.

I know we have til June to find out because it says it can take up to 12 weeks from the due date but there was several occasions that I asked and every time they said mid-May.

I wish they didn't even say anything so we would be expecting anything til the 12 weeks. lol!

Anyway, sorry for the rant its just frustrating as you can all relate.

Hopefully we hear something soon!

You guys we should all rally up together and go down to the school and DEMAND our acceptance letters lol

I have 2 more weeks before finishing my CNA course so I'm just hoping I still have time to submit my certificate. Literally the ONLY thing I'm missing

Any word yet, guys??

I haven't heard anything yet :( I really wish we could get some type of information ASAP because we need to know about studying for the TEAS as well as getting health and background clearances with time. Please if anyone hears anything post it on here.
