Pasadena City College LVN program 2018

Hi all! I wanted to start this thread to see who has applied or will apply to the LVN program at PCC for fall of 2018. I already submitted my application and if anyone has tried in the past or is already in the program please feel free to offer advice! Thank you! GOOD LUCK!

Also did anyone go to the uniform distribution (for borrowing white scrubs) they were having last week?

I went and they were all out of my size, I thought I was a medium but when I tried it on it was huge. Idk what I am going to do...

I am I the only one with this issue?

I only purchased the five books that were in the list that was sent to us through email. I think the extra books listed in the bookstore might just be extra textbooks.

You should get the medium and have someone tailor it :)

Does anyone know what time and where we have to go on Monday? Also did anyone get their white uniform scrubs, name tag, and badge from Dove Apparel yet?

We just show up to the class room that was assigned to us through our class schedule like any regular class, right? Also I haven't received my order from dove apparel.

Do we wear our burgandy scrubs on the first day of class? And no I haven't receive the dove scrubs yet...

I messaged Dove Apparel and they told me they will ship out all orders by the end of this month because they will only ship 2 weeks before our clinical date. Also they told me items such as name badges and school badges take time apparently.

I am just going to wear the burgundy scrubs tomorrow to class. I don't even know what else I need to bring though? like which books or anything else. I guess we will find out tomorrow.

I will also be wearing my burgundy scrubs. Im indecisive if I should take my books to school or not. I wonder if we will need them..

Hi Everyone, I have a few questions in regards to application. I am applying for this upcoming lvn to rn application due date at PCC. I have been trying to get a hold of the nursing program dept. However, it's seems to always be on voicemail :(. I wanted know in regards to the ATI teas, did you guys just print out a report with of course the Individual Score from the website, or do you actually have to have the official ATI teas transcript? Also, in regards to being an LVN. I do not have the copy of the license since they do not give out the License anymore. Will printing out my license information from the breeze.ca.com be valid? And also, do you have to have a letter from work in regards to LVN work hours? as I know some people provided that letter but im not sure if it is actually required since it does not state on their website. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank youu :)

I have a question, how did the program go? and do you mind me asking what your grades were in the anatomy and physio before you applied?
